“We stayed 6/12-6/15 for my husband’s birthday and it was truly an amazing stay. Our unit was pristine. The property is well maintained and our lake view was beautiful. We’re definitely going back to stay before the summer ends. We recommend staying at the Boardwalk @ Lake Anna if you’re thinking about visiting!”

“This place is well-maintained for how old it is, and it was fun to stay in such a historic building. Surface cleaning is spotless, but a deeper clean is not really great (e.g., ceiling fans). Our room did not have a TV so we had to watch in the living room. We had to share a bathroom. Kind of frustrating for a room with kids, but it was on the booking. Just didn’t catch it somehow. “There was a storm in the area when we arrived which had caused some issues during check-in. We had booked the room for 5 days, however, I had to move to another room because of the computer glitch. However, the day manager did contact me about the problem since our room had apparently been double booked. He helped me out with the price and also looked in depth for my wife's heated coffee cup that she had left in the lobby. He dug through the trash to find it but to no avail. He was way beyond...

On a National historical site registry property, the nostalgic centuries old wood fragrance, combined with modern amenities, and an extremely comfortable king bed. The perfectly romantic hideaway to celebrate our anniversary. Not quite as secluded as we expected, but certainly private enough and very respectful owners that live in the main house. ”
