“Room clean but furniture a bit sparse .”

Underground parking was full, so we parked in the outdoor lot, which had poor lighting in the rain, and mud tracked into the room on arrival. The air conditioning needs servicing—the filter was filthy, making it inefficient. The pillows were hard like straw, and the mattress lacked a topper.
