“Ho potuto portare il mio cagnolino, in primis , l appartamento pulito dotato di ogni comodità. Grazie mille veramente.”

“The property was perfect. There were tons of breads, muffins, crackers for breakfast or snacks. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us. Marta is an absolute gem host! We were using the remote incorrectly for the gate and she had someone there immediately. He was wonderful too! Thank goodness for Google Translate! I would definitely stay here again. Penne is a beautiful town and we enjoyed the areas around too.”

“Nice place Small but was all we needed. Close walk to town”

“We had never been to L’Aquila before and didn’t know much about the area. We found Numero Venti on line. It is very unique in design with all the brick work and arches. It is very charming. A nice place for couples. The property was very clean and up to date. Laura, the host, was very easy to deal with and pleasant. She responded quickly to any question. The location was great for pretty much anything you would want to visit in the city center. It was on a quite street very close to the...

“Très bon emplacement pour visiter les environs.Merci à Cristina!”

“Spacious condo, Great accomodations, and located walking distance to Corso Ovidio, Viale Comunale, and Piazza Garibaldi. Giardini bar/pizzeria located 2 mins away. Nothing missing. 1 negative comment : When there are tenants in the adjacent apartment next door, you hear them quite clearly. especially from the room with the name Laura on the door. I think the bathroom in that unit is just behind the wall. ”

“Ottima esperienza, accoglienza cordiale, proprietari molto disponibili e gentili.

“Travelers, be warned! This property is in dire need of maintenance. Considering the higher price point, these other reviews seem suspiciously positive. The apartment was spacious, and the host was friendly and provided recommendations for local restaurants. However, the quality of the accommodations fell far short of our expectations. We had booked three nights but only managed to stay one. We would have left immediately if not for our family of six, including children, who arrived late on a...
