“We've stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years and this was the first time with it as a Marriott property. Unfortunately, it was our last. The service was terrible this time. Staff was rude! We arrived at breakfast 10 minutes before the time it ended and we're treated so rudely. They told us we'd have to take it to go on a paper plate, most of the hot food was shady taken away and as we were next in line to use the eagle maker, they took the batter away as we reached for it. ...

“The place was not clean, the floors were filthy and according to the host it was because they were "remodeling". He brought us a mop so we could clean the floors but it was even dirtier than the floors. So that was a waste of time. Upon our arrival the AC was also turned off, the place was over 80 and some of the windows didn't close from the onsite of the unit. My husband had to go outside as I closed the latch from the inside. After coming back from family festivities we were exhausted and...

“Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.”

“Highly recommend this place. Super cute, clean & peaceful, host is so nice & communication is extremely fast. There is everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Very private, beautiful yard with amazing Koi ponds and neat outdoor kitchen that is well stocked. Easy self check in with private entrance. It's truly home away from home. Can't wait to return someday.”
