“One of the best condo we’ve stay in!!! So cozy and clean and inviting. The workers were kind an helpful. The breakfast was minimal but for what it lacked the amenities and cleanliness made up for. Very grateful for the love and hard work this company put into their business so we could have a joyful family vacation. Thank you Pointe Hotel and Restort. And God bless ”

“Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. During our seven day stay they never did "INCREDIBLE" cleaning service, and they do it to pay the housekeeping employees less. On the third day we called reception...
