“Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Had to run AC and have window open for a couple of hours to get rid of most of smell. Otherwise room was ok.”

“This property is very dated. It looks like it was built in the 70's and never updated since.”

“Vintage motel that is well maintained with comfortable beds and ceiling fan. As a solo female traveler, I normally won't have booked an open-to-the-parking-lot room but the trip was a last minute decision. Owners are focusing the right things: clean rooms, comfortable beds, and attentive staff.”

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop...

“Not safe when traveling alone. Staff member charged me more than agreed on Expedia price. Side door was no longer latched from the outside, so anyone could get into the hotel. Front desk person didn't speak English and had to hand phone to me to talk to a different person. Tried to charge me more than listed price on Expedia for pet...cash only.”

“Rooms had ample space, nice and clean. Customer service was awesome.”

“It's actually a "residential" hotel. Very sketchy looking, but no indications of drug activity. The previous tenant left their clothing in the drawers & took the remote for the TV. We advised the office, so we wouldn't be charged for the missing remote. The bed had new sheets, but the bathroom looked nasty.”

“Room floor was very dirty, turning the bottoms of my feet black with only minutes of walking in the room. Bathroom had no fan and was very rusty. The whole room had an awful smell from something cooked in the room previously. Could hear guests in other rooms very easily, AC unit let in water when raining.”
