“Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!”

“First time in Italy and instantly fell in love with it and it’s wonderful people. Host and house were everything we hoped for and could not have been more helpful. Fabulous base to come back to after a day sight seeing with a dip in the pool and relax in the beautiful gardens with a glass of Prosecco and the Circada evening chorus. Just perfect.”

Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house). “Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub hier, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut, er war wirklich sehr bemüht, auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche einzugehen und konnte unsere Wünsche erfüllen! “Nachdem wir das Ferienhaus kurzfristig buchen konnten, haben wir noch einige entspannte Tage am Gardasee verbringen können. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Schade, dass die Buchungspattform Fewo-direkt nur eine Buchung nach 24 Stunden erlaubt... so haben wir einen Tag verloren und mussten eine Zwischenübernachtung in einem Hotel suchen. “We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍”

“Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used...

“Casa bonita a pie de lago. Entorno y vistas espectaculares. Destacar la atención y la rápida respuesta a todas nuestras necesidades del propietario. Fallo de la casa la cocina demasiado pequeña y sin espacios para trabajar. Lo peor y que no se indica, un baño fuera de la casa lleno de humedad. Horrible. Aconsejamos arreglar el automatismo de la verja. Carretera con mucho trafico y es dificil y peligroso la entrada y salida de coches.”

“Het was een fantastisch huis. Prachtig zicht op Gardameer. Heel fijn met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Goed contact met eigenaar. Heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Toch een klein minpuntje. De weg naar het huis is zo smal, dat we met bepaalde auto's er heel moeilijk geraakte. Maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen Misschien wel even laten weten aan nieuwe huurders”
