This is a very beautiful architect-designed villa located 400 m from Pinarello. The beaches, bars and restaurants, and the communal water sports pontoon are all within walking distance. The shops of Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio are just 3 km away.

A major extension has been completed recently, with the architect completely redesigning the villa using quality materials and transforming the architecture to enhance the views. The décor is contemporary design with Le Corbusier and Noguchi furniture.



Large sliding glass doors allow you to extend the interior spaces onto the terraces, some of which are covered.

A gas plancha will enhance convivial meals with friends or family.



A carefully landscaped garden surrounds the numerous terraces of the villa, and the infinity pool allows you to fully appreciate the superb views of the Alta Rocca massif.

Outdoor living is one of the strong points of this villa, with a sense of well-being prevailing in the shade or sunshine, with the privilege of having no overlooking neighbours. Relaxation is also a priority with 4 sun loungers, 4 deckchairs and 2 Fatboy cushions.

A table tennis table will enhance your stay with great games amongst friends or family.



The living area of approximately 80 m² comprises a lounge dining room with an open fireplace, oak kitchen, and back kitchen with laundry room, a guest toilet with hand basin.

Access to the private area is via a lovely glazed and flowering patio: three bedrooms with full bathrooms and a master suite of 36 m² with double basins, bath, shower and dressing room.

As in a hotel, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with large shower and toilet.



Parking is available for 1 vehicle at the top of the property under a covered shelter and 2 other vehicles lower down. An electric vehicle charging point is also available.



Pinarello Bay offers many possibilities, particularly for water sports, and is an interesting starting point for boat rentals.

You are also well positioned for all other activities such as discovering natural pools, mountain walks, notably the Bavella Peaks located less than an hour from the residence.



Other beautiful Corsican beaches, such as Saint-Cyprien, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia are also easily accessible.



Our vision of ecotourism is also reflected in a desire not to force our holidaymakers to travel at weekends. You are therefore not required to book from Saturday to Saturday, nor for 7-day periods.

Travelling during the week has many advantages: there are fewer people on the roads and public transport, the price of plane or ferry tickets is significantly cheaper and we are under less pressure to welcome you by taking the time to listen to you.

He can organise various services such as provisioning, a babysitter, a chef preparing a meal at the villa, a sports coach for a specialised fitness session or offer beach towel or parasol rentals.

He can also offer semi-rigid boats or small boats for hire with or without a skipper to discover the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, the Lavezzi Islands or Bonifacio and its cliffs along the seaside.
