Our new villa (February 2020) designed by a renowned architect from southern Corsica, is located in Cirendinu near the famous beach Cabanon Bleu in Saint Cyprien.
The south facing villa offers great benefits with heated pool and can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and two separate toilets.

The entrance opens onto a large living room of 45m2 (living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with central island). The large bay window galandage brings you an open living space on the terrace, the pool, the bush and the mountain.
Kitchen open to the living room, refined decoration, new and contemporary furnishings, perfectly equipped and very practical with its central cooking island and element wall.
A room with a bed 160, cupboard done up with wardrobe. Its bay window gives access to the pool and terrace.
A bathroom with basin and Italian shower
A separate toilet.
Upstairs :
A room with a bed 160, cupboard done up with wardrobe. Its bay window gives access to a balcony having seen sea as well as a magnificent clear view on the massive of Ospédale.

A room with a bed 140, cupboard done up with wardrobe and has its Italian shower and its basin. The bay window gives access to a balcony with pool and mountain views.

The exteriors consist of:
An entrance with parking 2-3 cars
A covered and fully tiled anti-slip terrace surrounds the pool equipped with deck chair or sunbathing with parasol.
A heated 8mx4m swimming pool, with stairs and flat bottom at 1.50m, and equipped with a secure alarm and an automatic cleaning robot.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with everything you need for your holiday (fridge-freezer, convection oven, microwave, coffee machine + espresso, barbecue, washer-dryer, small appliances, plates induction, big screen TV, WIFI internet, hair dryer ...).
On request, we provide the necessary equipment Baby (bed, chair ...)

The villa is 15 minutes north of Porto-Vecchio and 6 km from the center of Saint Lucia of Porto Vecchio.
The white sand beach of Cabanon Bleue and Saint Cyprien is accessible at 1500m by foot or by car.
Other heavenly beaches with white sand in the south of Corsica are nearby, in 5 minutes by car to the beaches of Capicciola (rocks, sand) or Pinarello (white sand and pine forest) and 10 minutes to Cala Rossa / U Benedettu (sand end, rocks, kite-surf) or Fautéa.
Every day you can discover new beaches like Palombaggia, Rondinara, Sperone and Santa Giulia not much further apart without forgetting the natural reserve of the islands Lavezzi accessible by boat.
The mountain is nearby too, you are 15 minutes from the rivers and beautiful natural pools (Cavu and others) where you can practice different activities such as hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, adventure park, quad bike ...

On the transport side, the villa is 14km from Porto-Vecchio port and 25km from Figari airport.
