The center of Zoutelande is only a few minutes' walk away, featuring a variety of restaurants, shops, souvenir stores, bicycle rentals, and a fresh bakery.

Upon entering through the entrance, the complete kitchen welcomes you to your delightful holiday home for the coming days. With a stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, and kettle, you will lack nothing to put something tasty on the table when you don't feel like eating out. The tastefully decorated living room offers a relaxing 2.5-seater sofa, a separate armchair, and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing by the television, under which you will find some extra storage space. The cozy dining area with a corner bench and two separate chairs offers space for about 4 people.

Through a small hallway next to the living room, you reach the other rooms of the accommodation. The bright bedroom has a spacious box spring with a top mattress (180x210cm) and bedside tables. You don't have to worry about storage space; there is a large wardrobe with both hanging and shelving sections where you can easily store all your clothes and personal items. In the bedroom, you will also find a dressing table with a mirror and an extra chest of drawers. This is the perfect place to prepare yourself in peace for a new day or to get ready for a pleasant evening out. The second bedroom contains a comfortable single bed (90x210cm), a large wardrobe, and a shelf as a bedside table.

The compact bathroom is fully equipped. Start the day with an invigorating shower, or end the day with a relaxing shower. Next to the shower, you will find a toilet and a sink with ample storage space for all your bathroom necessities. A heated mirror completes the comfortable whole, so you don't have to wait to use it again after showering.

For babies and children up to 2 years old, there is a travel cot available. And if you have cherished pets, they are more than welcome here. We even have space for two pets.

For a delightful afternoon and evening sun experience, our southwest-facing terrace is the ideal spot. Enjoy the lively view while relaxing on comfortable seating chairs. A sunshade provides necessary shade on warm days during the summer months. There is one free parking space at the accommodation, and for visitors, there is a parking space nearby (for a fee). Let the holiday adventure begin!




Zeeland boasts a variety of charming shopping towns, where historic buildings define the streetscape. In addition to shopping, you can relax on a terrace with a snack and a drink. Towns like Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee, Domburg, Veere, and Goes are all worth a visit.

There’s plenty of space to enjoy yourself—build sandcastles with the kids, search for shells or shark teeth, take part in water sports, or simply lounge and soak up the sun. Whether you want to swim, feel the wind in your hair, or even attend a music festival, Zeeland has it all. For a unique experience, you can explore the coast by kayak, or venture out further on a motorboat or sailboat. A guided fishing trip with a skipper is another option. The Oosterschelde National Park is a world-renowned diving destination, rich in diverse marine life, while the Grevelingen is equally popular. You might even spot porpoises and seals!

As for the surroundings, the beach is just a short walk away—you can hear the waves from your doorstep! With Zeeland offering some of the highest hours of sunshine in the country, a beach holiday in Zoutelande is always a treat. The town center is also within walking distance, with a variety of restaurants, shops, souvenir stores, bike rentals, and fresh baked goods to enjoy.

 Daily arrivals are possible, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 9:30 a.m., and the key should be returned to the same location where it was collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bedding, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can check your booking to confirm if this applies.Overnight visitors must be registered and are only permitted to stay with prior approval and upon payment for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets allowedBusiness bookings are available upon request.
