Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, WLAN (free of charge), satellite TV, DVD, radio, ski and bicycle room as well as washing machine and tumble dryer (free of charge) in the house, garden access, car parking space in neighbouring garage, pets not allowed, non-smoking, central location to shopping facilities, mountain railways and 18-hole golf course in Zuoz (3 minutes by car). Horse riding, carriage rides in S-chanf (5 minutes by car), nearest bus stop 2 minutes walk from the flat. Railway station 10 minutes walk from the house.

Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
