It was converted from the hay barn in the 1960s. 2 village shops are nearby. In winter there are well-prepared ski pistes and cross-country ski trails. In summer/autumn it is the starting point for beautiful hikes near the Swiss National Park. The furnishings are functional and conventional. Kitchen with dishwasher. In the basement there is a washing machine with coin-operated machine if required: sFr. 1.60 per wash. In the garden there is the possibility to hang up the laundry in summer/autumn and there is a tumble dryer. The car park is below the house. Zuoz is about 20-30 minutes away from St.Moritz and the Upper Engadine lake district of Sils/Silvaplana/Champfer/Maloja, where you can go surfing and sailing in summer.

The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz are a particularly impressive way to experience the expanse of the inspiring high valley. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever. Those who prefer to have an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Numerous proud patrician houses such as the Chesa Planta confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.
