Deficiencies in client management
First of all, the hotel quoted me a rate over the phone and the day after, they called me saying one of their employees made a mistake and increased the rate by 75CHF/ night, even more expensive than what I had in hotels.com. Their commitment with clients is quite weak. The hotel has no room service.
