Todo zurich es caro pero para ser un hotel de los más baratos está bien. Solo q un poco lejos pero el bus pasa cada media hora.

When I entered my room (1) the door was open. It was freezing inside so I put on the heaters. One was hot instantly but since it was in front of the door and bathroom it didn’t help making the room warm. It took at least 3-4 hours until the temperature was reasonable. The other heater, under the window, made water noises the whole time until maybe 11pm. And started at 5am again. Even with earplugs and the other pillow over my head it was too noisy to sleep. It probably needs to be purged or something. Then at 11:18pm (I was asleep) someone knocked on the door next to mine but it was so loud I thought it was mine. They asked « hast du essen? ». Apparently I wasn’t the person they were expecting so they dismissed me but without even apologizing for waking me up. Also there is no 4G data at all. And the wifi doesn’t reach into this room. It connects for a second and then disconnects. I wasn’t even able to upload a 20Mo file to a cloud drive. I came here to sleep and work. It was really difficult to do either. Thankfully the food was good and there was wifi in the restaurant. But I would have loved wifi in the room too.

In unserem Zimmer waren einige Spinnweben! Die Dusche war nicht sauber. Das Frühstück war klein. Als es am Sonntag Buffet gab, sagte man uns ‚nett‘ das ist für zahlende Gäste. Anscheinend ist man als Hotelgast kein zahlender Gast. Enttäuschend das ganze Hotel, leider!!

Très propre et sympathique.
La chambre était propre, la salle de bain aussi. Le personnel était super sympa. Le petit déjeuner très bien. Par contre le duvet était trop petit pour deux personnes. Le vendredi et le samedi finn d'après-midi, il n'y avait aucune place de parking de libre.

Unterkunft in der Nähe der Autobahn & guter Preis
Unterkunft in der Nähe der Autobahn mit einem guten Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Parken direkt vor dem Zimmer, die Gaststätte ist über dem Hof und stört nicht. Gebäude und Möbel sind etwas älter, werden aber in Ordnung gehalten. Netter Chef.

Die Unterkunft bietet ein Schlafplatz für wenige Nächte. Es hat eine Dusche, ein Bett und ein Fernseher. Leider kein Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer sind nicht so gut isoliert, man hört den Verkehr draussen etc.

nice stay.
Hotel is a bit in the country, pretty area near Zurich. The American style restaurant is nice, I just had a couple beers and listened to the country music. Service was excellent at the bar/restaurant. Plenty of parking. Very good WiFi.

American motel in the Swiss countryside
Beautiful location in the countryside near Winterthur. The motel is close to a true American motel, as pictured, parking right outside the room. The room itself is simple but has everything you need for a motel stay and has very good Wi-Fi in the rooms. Friendly staff and main attraction is the restaurant that has American memorabilia all over and typical diner food with big menu.

Nice, clean and simple
The place was clean and nice for the price. Friendly service and easy to check in. Checking out before the restaurant opened at 8.30 required me to find the cleaning assistant and handing her my key, but it worked out. I didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked lively and very nice.

Man wird als ankommender Motelgast genau gleich behandelt wie ein bekannter Stammkneipengast. Finde ich unangebracht. Im Restaurant durfte ich nicht mal an einem Tisch sitzen, sondern sollte an die kleine beengende Bar. Ich habe mich dann anderwertig für Verpflegung umgesehen.

Tutto tranquillo as usual
Spesso quando vado a Zurigo in auto soggiorno in questo Motel, comodo, in una zona tranquilla e sopratutto economico, i letti sono comodi e una volta che hai la chiave vai e vieni dalle camere che sono staccate dalla reception che è anche un pub in stile americano.

Einfaches, schönes Hotelzimmer zum günstigen Preis
angenehmes Zimmer, rustikal, amerikanisch eingerichtet. Nicht mehr das neueste aber ok! Es roch etwas nach Rauch, obwohl steht, dass nicht geraucht werden darf. Gute Preis Leistung. Sehr gutes amerikanisches Restaurant nebenan!
