  • ¡Bienvenido a Family Tides! ¡Esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños fue construida en 2019 y está lista para que las familias vengan a disfrutar de todo lo que York Beach tiene para ofrecer! Esta casa amigable para perros duerme 12 y está a 5 minutos a pie de la nueva sección de baños de Long Sands de la playa.

    Completamente amueblado con aire central, Wi-Fi (Hulu +, Disney +, Netflix) y lavandería en el lugar. La casa cuenta con pisos de madera y baldosas y una chimenea de gas en la habitación familiar.

    Estacionamiento en la calle para 6 autos en una calle sin salida tranquila, el lugar perfecto para relajarse y permitir que los niños pequeños jueguen con seguridad después de un día en la playa.

    Detalles específicos:
    Primer piso: cocina de acero inoxidable totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y cocina a gas. Los gabinetes están completamente equipados con todo lo que pueda necesitar y hay una gran despensa para el almacenamiento. Con capacidad para 5 en la barra de desayuno junto con una mesa de cocina con capacidad para 9-10. La habitación familiar cuenta con 2 sofás de tamaño completo junto con mecedoras tapizadas y un televisor de 65 pulgadas montado en la pared. Un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y literas se encuentran en el primer piso junto con un baño completo con ducha de pie.

    Segundo piso: dormitorio principal con cama king size, TV y mucho espacio de almacenamiento para desempacar sus pertenencias. El segundo dormitorio tiene capacidad para 4 personas con una cama litera doble sobre litera con cama nido y otro televisor. El tercer dormitorio en este piso tiene capacidad para dos con camas nido dobles y un gran armario con paquete n play. También arriba hay un amplio baño completo con bañera grande y una sala de lavandería.

    Espacio al aire libre: fuera de la cocina encontrará una terraza con asientos al aire libre y parrilla de gas. Además, el patio tiene un pozo de fuego con asientos para relajarse al final del día.

It was great having the house walking distance from Long Sands. A huge plus for our family! Nicole and Justin were great hosts and made everything easy. We also loved the big dinner table for a large crew.

Wonderful property

My family of 4 including kids aged 7 and 12 and my parents recently stayed at Nicole’s house. The location was superb in proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops. The accommodations were clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. We hope to be back again and enjoy this wonderful property! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great Stay in York Maine

We had a great week in York Maine and the house was perfect to accommodate a family trip with 10 adults and an infant. The property was centrally located in York and was less than a 10 minute walk to Long Sands beach and less than a 5 minute drive to Short Sands. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and the check-in process was simple. My family vacations to York almost every summer and we are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Space, location, fully stocked

This house provided us all that we needed. We traveled with our older children and a bunch of their friends. The house allowed us all to spread out, and the location was tucked at the end of a dead end. We were able to walk to the beach in just 10 minutes, but it was great being away from all of the holiday traffic.

Great house for a family vacation

Had a great stay here for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and a large dining table plus counter stools so we can all eat together, play games and cards, etc. Also nice seating on the back porch. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need, and the house was clean and well cared for, plus great central air. A nice outdoor shower and lots of beach chairs and equipment provided. And it was a short and easy walk to our favorite beach spot. Good communication with the host as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation!

House was awesome! Kitchen so well stocked we didn’t want for anything. Location was great, with only 10 minute walk to beach. Three generations had a wonderful time and hope to return next year!

York stay

We had a very nice stay. People were able to play in the front yard. Could set up corn hole in the back as well as have a nice area to sit to have a fire. The one negative was the amount of dog feces on the ground that we had to pick up before we could enjoy the outside area.

Great place to make family memories

We had such a great week making memories in York. The house had everything that we needed to have a great week. On top of that it was only a short walk to the beach. The welcome bag was a great way to start our trip and my kids loved the Surfer Dude.

Very nice and clean home and the set up worked out great for my extended family group, especially the separate downstairs space. Easy and efficient communication with the owners. Fun week in York!!

Long Sands Beach, Here We Come!

This is our second year at this property and we love it. The house is beautiful, fully equipped, and a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. We love it there and are already thinking of next summer!

Family Tides

We had a very nice week. The owners answered all our questions in a timely manner. Short walk to Long Sands. Private, plenty of room, and a nice space for the kids to run around in. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

I was looking for a large house to rent in Maine where our family could get together and help my husband and I celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. This house was perfect! Plenty of room for 10 of us. Very clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Close to beaches,shopping,restaurants. Lots to do for all ages.

Wonderful stay in York!

We had a great stay! Justin and Nicole were very helpful and responsive. The house was a short walk to beautiful long sand beach which was perfect for our two little ones (calm waters and wide open beach)! The house was new, very clean, plenty of beds and had all the essentials. Thank you Justin and Nicole for a wonderful week and great memories!

Nicole and Justin were great to deal with. Super responsive via email. House is clean, modern and new and a short 5-10 min walk to Long Sands beach. It was a great week. If you’re looking for a place in York close to Long Sands. This is it!

Wonderful Week

We have never been in such a well equipped house and have rented for years! The easy walk to the beach was perfect for all our ages and there was an overabundance of beach gear. Our communication with the owners was excellent. All of us would highly recommend this house!!

Great Family Home

We had a wonderful week staying in this home . It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable . The house is very clean and in excellent new condition . The owner was very responsive and helpful . The beach and town is close and great for kids . Our dog really enjoyed the off leash walks on the beach in the early am . We also really enjoyed exploring other close towns to eat and shop as well .

Great vacation rental

Every year we spend a week at York Beach and this year we need to find a new rental location. This house was terrific for a large family. Plenty of bedrooms, super clean and great location. We had a great week enjoying the beach and this home was a perfect spot for us. Thank you!
