We had Room #1, do not take this room, nor others in this building.
This place is definitely not worth the $200 for 1 night!
Sign says it is luxury....NO, it is not!
Customer service needs more courtesy and personal skills - told them we'd be about 25 minutes, they took that as a couple hours, so we had to wait to get checked in at the office, and they almost blamed our wait for them to arrive to check-in on us.
The floor darkened our feet, so it definitely needed cleaning!
Place needs updating (HVAC units, floor/wall molding, bathtubs, bathroom sinks, etc.).
HVAC blows intermittently and definitely has mold issues. At least replace the filter!! We had to keep turning it down to keep it cool.
Bedspread was old and needs replacing.
The tiny TV had only 20+ or so channels and all channels were either fuzzy or bad quality!
While dropping our key, another hotel patron was also perturbed at both the lack of service, poor quality of their stay. They had stayed 3x and had similar lack of service and poor quality room stays. Said the owner is just taking the $ and not putting it into improving the facility other than the 'nice' exterior.
DO NOT STAY HERE!
