Beautiful property with breathtaking views of the mountains, very pleasant staff, and excellent in-house dining. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. It's located just a short drive outside town, which is perfect if you have a vehicle. Loved the expedia perks. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Mirabell Alpine Garden Resort was fantastic!. Loved the room, loved the gardens, loved the breakfast, loved the bar hours, and loved the location. We are only English-speaking so we assumed we would have some challenges but staff was very accomodating. The location is so beautiful this place is a 100% win. Would absolutely recommend. Loved it!

We had a great stay at the Mirabel. Nice rooms, great breakfast and dinner. Ideal location for hiking the Seiser Alm and surroundings. Thanks for taking care of us.

This hotel was a dream. The garden is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful view, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Highly highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing view of the Mountains and valley. Breakfast and dinners were very good. We dined at the hotel every night except one night. It was a very good value. The outdoor pool and garden was very nice. A waitress came by periodically to offer spritz and champagne. Two minute walk to the bus stop which can take you to the two adjacent towns in under 10 minutes.

When I booked this hotel, I noticed the rating was unbelievably high, and it turned out they truly deserved it! The room was clean, very large, and offered incredible views. They have a massive garden that is gorgeous In fact, the photo I took in the garden is one of the best for that entire area I took. Bus stations are very close to the hotel, making it convenient to visit all the famous local sites using the free bus tickets they provided. We left our car parked safely at the hotel and took the bus for three days. The breakfast was good, and they also prepared a breakfast bag for our early departure. The salad buffet at dinner was excellent, though the main dishes didn't quite meet our expectations, so we only ate dinner there one night.

Beautiful and well maintained property with a lovely pond and rose garden. The ducks and chicken are a cute addition and were fun to watch from our balcony along with the Mountain View. Staff was excellent and friendly especially during breakfast.

Our experience at the Mirabell Hotel is only positive. Among our numerous trips, staying at your hotel was one of the most pleasant ever - fantastic surroundings, garden, service. If possible, we recommend extending the opening hours of the restaurant in the evening by an hour, opening the restaurant an hour earlier, so as not to leave such a rich dinner too late.

The Dolomites were our third stop on our 2 week trip in Italy and we were so happy we chose this hotel. From the moment we arrived into Bolzano station, the hotel arranged a great taxi to meet us there and take us to Siusi. Then we got to our room and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was incredible waking up and seeing such a great view of the mountains every morning from our balcony, and looking at other hotels in town it seemed like this might even have the best view of all. The food was great, the pools were amazing, and the staff was so nice and hospitable. They gave us a bus pass, and the station is right next to the hotel making getting around from town to town very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We are in our early thirties, so I will say the crowd while we were there leaned a bit older and the town was very quiet, but it was a great opportunity to relax and decompress from the constant moving we were doing beforehand. I would absolutely stay here again!

Booked the room as two twin beds through expedia and arrived with only one. We asked the front desk to split the beds, went out for dinner and came back to same single bed. Lady up front was a little short with me about it not being booked as two twin beds. I looked at the expedia booking and in fact it was. The room was hot and humid with no AC. Early morning, no heat. No functioning towel warmer in the bathroom. Appearance of the room looked dated. Food was good for breakfast and a chipper German lady took good care of us. Parking was easy. Location was outside of town but only a few minutes drive in and close to one lift for Alpi Di Suisi. I would rank it higher if the room wasn't so hot and humid. But, NO AC.
