A wonderful home!! The house was outfitted with all kind of amenities. Meticulously maintained home ; very clean. Plenty of room for the entire family. The fenced in yard was great for the kids and short walk to Kyle field ! We hope to be able rent again next football season !

Cute house in a great location close to campus. Completely fenced in yard, front and back, was great for pets. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating in every way. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

I booked this home for me and my extended family to stay for the weekend and it was in the perfect location for proximity to campus locales we planned to visit. The ease of getting in and out of the home was great and it was so nice that everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Great stay!

Christmas Celebration

Our family just spent nine days at this wonderful house for an early Christmas celebration. The house was perfect for our group which was myself husband two kids and their significant others. We each had our own en suite bathroom, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked most meals at home, the outdoor fire pit was fun for s’mores and hanging out at night, and we were able to bring our golden retriever with us instead of boarding him. The location is perfect for getting around to any part of town and we will definitely be booking this for any future stays.

We stayed a couple nights to celebrate my daughter’s ring day with family. We found the house suited our needs, the completely gated yard was especially nice for our dog and kids!

Great house! Perfect location for campus events. Hosts were easy to work with, and everything was as expected. Backyard was a mess and hadn't been mowed in a while. So if you want to use the grass yard, you may want to mention that beforehand, but it didn't affect our visit much.

A Diamond Near THE Diamond (Davis Diamond)

Our son"s wedding weekend was made extra special as we stayed at the perfect location near all the athletic venues. We were super close to the rehearsal dinner, his home, and loads of Aggieland delights. If you want a place that is perfect for attending all the TAMU events, this is the one for you!

Ring Dunk Weekend

This property is close to campus which made us able to walk and pick up the kid's rings from campus. The house was perfect for our two families and we were able to host several of the kid's friends for meals without feeling cramped. We would definitely stay here again.

Easter Family Visit

Celebrated Easter in C-Stat with our Aggie, Enjoyed the home for the weekend. Great living room for relaxing, enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard as well for some s’mores in the evening. Had a Great Time taking in some A&M Baseball while in town as well. Location was convenient to everything we needed. Could not have asked for a better property.

Best stocked VRBO we've ever used. HVAC was hot or cold, but we managed. The oven was dirty as was under the sink. The coffee grounds in the Mr. Coffee had been left for a long time - molded! Housekeeping missed it. Never mind that small stuff. The house was GREATNESS!! Plenty of room for the little ones to romp and play. Pleanty of room for the olders to be comfortable and could relax. Could not have asked for better hosts. Loved the firepit! Would have used fireplace however there were no tools so didn't feel comfortable doing that. Great layout! Great history. Convenient to TAMU, grocery, and other enertainments. Use of the garage was a big plus as we had six vehicles at times. Loved the side parking where the minivan is setting as extra parking space. Having 205 available helped make our ccelebration weekend a huge success!!!
