Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hotel ist an einem Ort, wovon man alle Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann und auch sehr viele Möglichkeiten um was Einzukaufen und/oder Essen zu gehen. Schönes und sauberes Hotel, Zimmer und Bad.

Everything was excellent, but noisy on Friday night. Loud music due to its location close to bars. Other than that, perfect stay!

This is a beautiful little hotel in the heart of the Alstadt! There was quite a hot spell while we were there but the amazing air conditioner in the room was a delight to return to and sleep in every night!

Convenient for all amenities.

Spot on for what we needed although a bit tired in places, you should expect that on a budget. It’s close to the station and perfect for an Altstadt stay. It was very muggy when we were there and the old air con unit was a god send, there’s a bath and the shower was brill.

De ligging is perfect voor bezoek aan de Kerstmarkten. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Schone kamers. Helaas heeft het hotel, met name de kamers, wel echt een opknapbeurt nodig!

Wow what a great location! The hotel itself is a bit old but we didn’t mind. Bathroom is updated, had some problems with water being too hot or too cold. Sheets and bed were clean and comfy. The AC was needed and appreciated. Wifi was a bit spotty.
