The view from the property is magnificent. However the property has clearly changed management and is working out a few bugs
The front desk has moved and there was no sign indicating the new location. In the room the beds are vey soft and had more than enough pillows to satisfied anyone's needs.
The room was very clean but did not have a microwave. It did however have a microwave in the common area near the pop machine. In the bathroom they provide shampoo, container andhad lotion but only one soap to use between the shower and shower. Since this is a hot spring resort I expected two bathrobes to be available but we had only one and had to request a second. The restaurants are very good with beautiful views from the windows. The staff were mostly friendly but there was a lineup at check in. Overall I would still recommend this property but I would make sure you request your needs if things are missing. Lastly the hot springs are very nice and they are included for all guests. That includes the public pools and the lodge only pool and spa area.
