This house is an absolute gem! The views are incredible, the hot tub was the perfect addition for our stay as the nights were quite cool. We had three adults & five kids and never felt crowded! Two full baths, a well stocked kitchen with plenty of room in the fridge to keep five teenagers well fed. The washer and dryer made our stay even more enjoyable. The house had all the items necessary for a great beach vacation from the grill, beach chairs, towels, they thought of everything. Communication with the host, Tyler, was top notch. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Loved the Huntington Beach area and would definitely stay again.

This house was incredible! Literally on the beach. Sitting on the chairs on top of the hill was our favorite morning activity. And inside the house was incredibly quiet! Apparently in October the city builds a sand dune the length of the houses and in April (the first full day we were there) they remove it with huge bulldozers and we could barely hear anything inside with the doors/windows shut. The hot tub was a huge hit, too!We had 4 adults and three kids and didn't even use the downstairs bedroom because the other rooms fit everyone so well. We also had two cars and parking the second car just up the street was super easy. Always able to find a spot. The location was amazing. Tons of restaurants nearby and a Trader Joe's a 5 minute drive away. Tyler was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. If you're looking for a comfortable, spacious, quiet beach house with direct beach access this place will not disappoint!

The expansive, beautiful, uncrowded beach was worth every penny of our stay. Not to mention the view of the ocean from the house.We loved the back deck with the grill and the hot tub. There was plenty of room for all three generations - grandparents, parents, and three children. Every night's sunsets were spectacular.

Ocean front

Tyler was wonderful in communicating throughout our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The spa was a great addition to be able to use. The outdoor patio was very clean and you just walked right out to the beach. Would love to visit again! Nearby restaurants are walking distance. We had an amazing vacation here.

Family Getaway

Excellent spot for a family beach experience. There is no better location with the house proving to be worthy of a vacation that included multiple families. The hosts are extremely respectful and responsive. Overall an extremely satisfying stay!

Family Getaway!

We traveled from Ohio to visit my brother in Huntington Beach and had a wonderful family reunion on the West Coast to escape the Ohio weather. The beach house was perfect for our group of 10, ranging in age from 14 to 74, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Being right on the beach and close to both Long Beach and Huntington Beach downtowns gave us endless activities to enjoy. Each morning, we were thrilled to watch dolphins swimming and jumping while surfers rode the waves. We also took a day trip to Catalina Island, which felt like something out of a storybook. It was an absolutely amazing trip, and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation Stay

Loved how close to the beach we were and how private it felt. There was plenty of kitchenware for our family of 7. And no extra fee to use the spa, which was a necessity after our long walks at Disney! Would definitely love to stay again!

Family vacation

Every member of my family had a great time. We were right on the beach which was amazing and when the evenings cooled off (our trip was in October) we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. There was plenty of sand and beach toys keeping everyone busy and happy! Definitely would recommend!

Awesome beach house vacation

This beach house was perfect for our family and friends "stay-cation". The home was clean and well-furnished, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was modern with plenty of dishes/utensils/etc. Tons of room for entertaining on the patio deck, and the location (right on the sand) was a huge hit with our family and friends. The ocean view, especially from the master suite on the second floor, was world-class. Location was walking distance to several great Sunset Beach eating/drinking spots, and the start of the HB boardwalk was just a block away. Tyler our host was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We'll be back for sure!

Awesome family vacation!

This was a four-generation family vacation. We all had a wonderful time. You can't beat the location—directly on Sunset Beach, which was perfect for swimming and boogie-boarding. The smaller grandchildren had fun just playing in the sand and running into and out of the waves.

Perfect Beach Getaway: Clean, Amazing Host, Unbeatable Location

Our family recently stayed at this beach house and had an amazing experience. The property was clean and perfect for our family of 9. The host, Tyler, was fantastic—always responsive and easy to work with. The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access just steps away. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided, and the house was well stocked with basic necessities. We enjoyed easy walks to the shore and stunning sunsets right from the property. Highly recommend this beach house for a perfect beach getaway!

Family vacation

Stunning location and home. We had an absolutely magical time. I kept the details under wraps, so it was priceless to see my family's face when they saw the deck with jacuzzi+, and the beach as our back yard. I'd be remiss if I didn't say that Tyler is FABulous.

Amazing location!

Well maintained home, right on the beach! We had a wonderful week on the beach with the entire family! We enjoyed the bbq, outdoor seating, fire pit, and hot tub. The outdoor shower was super convenient to rinse off the sand. We’ll definitely be back!
