In the house may not be smoked!

The minimum stay is 7 nights in the main season.
During the high season the change is only possible on Saturdays. No change is possible on Sundays.

The rental price is for a maximum of 5 people.

In the Netherlands, the cleaning fee (70,00 €) and the dog package (40,00 € per dog) have to be paid locally at Vacantieburo Julianadorp,
- The cleaning fee and the package per dog are not included in the total rental price in the Netherlands !!

Dogs are allowed only in the fenced large garden and on the ground floor.

Internet is available via W-Lan free of charge.

There are two free parking spaces on the property as well as a bicycle shed.
