We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This unit is well stocked with everything needed for the beach! Our host was extremely responsive with our questions. We will definitely return!

Spacious condo in great location

Property was great with pool, tennis/pickleball courts, volleyball, snorkeling and surfing nearby as well as a small shopping center with food. We had a great time!

Loved our stay all the way around. Room was clean with a fantastic view and lanai. Well stocked with anything and everything you need. The BBQ and pool areas were great. Easy communication and check in/out.

Great place to watch the ocean and sunsets.

The accommodation is great for 6-8. The kitchen is well stocked. The lanai is where we loved to hang to relax, eat, and watch sunset.

Wonderful Family vacation spot

We had a family of 5 plus grandparents. The condo was beautiful and fit us perfectly. The resort grounds were exactly as advertised. A great, quiet community that had a spectacular view. We adventured all over the island and loved coming back to the condo to relax and enjoy the pool. Thanks for sharing your place.

Kona Getaway

This property is the best we have seen. The views are absolutely magical. This is a quiet place, extremely clean, and they have everything you need for your beach trip in Hawaii. The feeling they provided as you walked in the door was priceless. Thank You!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view, sound of the ocean, and well outfitted lanai were all amazing. This is a home (not just a unit for rent) and is fully stocked. One tip: if the temps are above 80 and there is humidity, you will want to opt in for the AC. I thought the icean breeze would be enough, but not with humidity! Its about a 10 to 15 minute drive into town, but there is a grocery store, drug store and restaurant just 3 minutes away. Loved this place. Wouldn't change a thing.

Meet our expectations

We absolutely loved this condo! Had plenty of room for the 6 of us! It had everything we needed to have a enjoyable vacation, lots of snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella and coolers. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We have been to Kona many times and this home was by far the best we have stayed at. Rental company was easy to contact and responds quickly to your questions. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Beautiful stay

Everything was exactly as described and offered. No air conditioner was a little much for weather but spent most of the day out. It cools down with the breeze in the late evening. Would definitely stay again! Family enjoyed playing tennis. Beaches are near by. Having washer and dryer was amazing for this family of 6. Property management very responsive and communication was excellent!

Great Rental

The property was well stocked and very clean. I appreciate the well stocked kitchen, because being able to cook meals is important to me when traveling with a large group of people. There is nothing worse after a long day of travel, than showing up to a vacation rental that had no soap, toilet paper, or any other basic supplies on hand. This property had everything and we very much appreciate it. I also appreciated the extra pillows, linens, towels, and beach towels. The online description was very accurate and described the property well. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Property very clean and well supplied kitchen. Very beautiful condo with ocean breezes cooling the condo. The only problem was a resident smoking outside their patio and smoke drifting up to our 3 rd floor condo. Loft smoke detector batteries need to be changed

It was an ideal setup for our extended family of 6 (one aunt and three teenagers) and was one of our favorite stays on this amazing nomadic vacation. The condo was well appointed with all the things we needed. It was right on the water so we happily fell asleep to the sound of the surf! I was apprehensive about not having AC, but the breeze through the unit made it fine to be without. We would definitely stay here again...thank you!

Everything you need including beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs and bags. The lanai is beautiful and we spent many hours here reading, eating, and enjoying the beautiful ocean and sunsets. Property management did an excellent job with details for driving instructions, codes for everything and were available by text if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Tons of water toys and games. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Washer and dryer. Great pool and tennis courts. We were centrally located but outside of “downtown” enough for peace and quiet. Above all Blake and his team were excellent, great communication, quick responses, very accommodating, and fantastic recommendations. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

There was no elevator and it is on the third floor, so just be aware you will need to lug your luggage upstairs. It was closely located to Keauhou bay where we took several great excursions from. There is a grocery store nearby. We used the pool, tennis courts, and grill at the complex. It was very quiet and peaceful here. The condo was well equipped. No air conditioning but the ocean breezes kept it comfortable enough. Wonderful sunset views at night! Great property!

The communications prior to our arrival were complete with all the information neccesary to make our arrival to Kona and the property easy. The property is exactly as described. This unit has everything you need to make your Hawaii vacation effortless. The location is quiet, but convienent to stores, restuarants and shopping. We drove to Hapuna Beach & Kua Bay for an afternoon and the drive was easy. The condo is equipped for everything you need to hit the beach, or cook a great meal at home. The owners are very gracious hosts, thinking about all the things one would need during their stay. We would defintely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not having AC was our main concern as the fans didn't cool the unit enough even when all the windows (screen closed) are open at night. We had to prop open one of the bathroom sinks to drain the water as there was not way to open the drain. Although we were religious about putting away food, and cleaning up after eating, we had to deal with some big cockroaches. We don't know where they were coming from. We ended up not using the loft as the biggest cockroach came from there.
