Only issue was requested 2 queen beds, when arrived room had one queen and a double sofa bed. Not what my booking indicated. Staff member made bed for us, but it was an uncomfortable nights sleep for sure.

So lovely. A bit out of the way but worth the drive. The place is beautiful with a large bedroom, nice balcony, good shower, they even provide a hot water urn for those of us that prefer a cup of tea that doesn’t taste of old coffee! Lovely walk to the village, quiet, well maintained with breakfast, a sauna, gym and free laundry if you need it. All the staff were fantastic so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Really nice and comfortable rooms, easy check in, good price. Got in late and left early so didn’t interact with any staff but check in and out was easy!

This property is not affiliated with Pinnacle Hotels, which I mistakenly assumed when booking. Had I known there was no air conditioning, I would not have booked this lodge. Unfortunately, during our stay it reached 38° C, making the room very uncomfortable. The only fan was stored under the sink, which offered little relief and we were not advised of. The wristband system for access, instead of a key card wasn't something I cared for. From an accessibility standpoint, this lodge has significant shortcomings. There is no elevator, no ramps, and no practical way to use a luggage trolley, making it difficult to transport baggage. I was also surprised that there was no designated accessible parking. That said, there were positives. The towels and bedding were excellent, and the surrounding landscape is beautiful. The deck is very spacious and had a few chairs out there to sit on. The bathroom is very spacious with a large countertop and the room is quite lovely. They do not seem to be any cups to take away a coffee and the glasses in the bathroom were extremely small. There is a mini fridge and the TV was difficult to operate and we gave up. I would not personally stay here again as I feel it’s for a younger crowd that are very active.

We loved this lodge and would stay there again. Everything about this Lodge was amazing from the room with fireplace, the comfy bed and spacious bathroom; the balcony, the lobby/dining area. Free parking and less than 5 min walk to village. We only stayed one night so we werent able to use the hot tub or sauna but would next time! The staff are so friendly and always happy to answer our questions.

A lovely property in a modern ski resort with excellent rooms and situation. It is basically a time share so there were no toiletries in the room and no meals available. There are a number of restaurants in the village but not all are open outwith the ski season.

Pinnacles is incredibly peaceful. The rooms are clean and quiet and the main eating/common kitchen area can be as interactive or quiet as you wish it to be. Staff were helpful when present during their limited hrs. It was fantastic to be able to make our own meals (note - there are hot plates and fry pans, but no air fryer as stated somewhere previously). The fridges in the rooms were slightly bigger than a bar fridge and there is a communal freezer in the kitchen area. And note: as of our stay, there is no longer a continental breakfast offered; just apples/oranges/muffins and water & lots of tea options. We liked being able to walk to the resort in 10 mins but to also have the quiet of Pinnacles to return to. Note: there is also a free in-resort shuttle if you don't want to do the walk.
