I tried to follow their specific instructions for check-in but once I got there, there were still a bad process. I had to text my confirmation again to some whatsapp number. Once I finally got that resolved then they texted me a link requiring a "Security" deposit to a different website, which did not work for me.
Once I got to the apartment, there were dead and living cockroaches all over. Don't turn out the lights! 5 minutes of lights off and back on and you will get roaches. I had to sleep with the lights on just to keep from being infested with them. The floors were dirty, I could see barefoot prints from the bathroom out into the main area.
There is a thin door inside the unit between this unit and the next door unit that allows you to hear every single noise from next door. From when they were eating I could hear the clang of the flatware, to the kids yelling and baby crying all night long. I had to sleep in the day while the neighbors were out just to get any sleep.
The internet would go out once a day for about 1/2 hour and then come back.
The only good things are the view and location! it does have an awesome view from the unit I was in. Walking to KLCC was easy but the train station is close as well.
