We greatly enjoyed our stay. The view is simply amazing! We saw eagles, cardinals, blue jays, buzzards, robins, squirrels, rabbits and more. Everything you need is included inside this four bedroom home. Enjoy!!

We greatly enjoyed our girls weekend at Majestic View. It was a majestic view indeed. And we loved the hot tub!

We saw a pair of bald eagles and the trees were just starting to change. Beautiful scenery. Lacking a dishwasher, which if you are cooking/eating for many is a pain. Well-equipped and appointed overall. The living room also doesn’t have seating for 10 guests which we also didn’t like. Our group was just 7, but we couldn’t all sit comfortably in the LR. Also not sure how 10 adults could comfortably sleep here. For 7 adults it’s fine. We did enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Communication between booking and reservation was lacking and would have felt more comfortable if that was improved. But overall this is a good property and set up. Neighbors were noisy at times, which was annoying. With this information, I would recommend.

Family vacation with ten of us. Plenty of room for all. Amazing views from the deck, fire pit area and gazebo overlooking the Mississippi. You can see for miles. Owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was top notch. One odd thing we noticed was the freezer door would pop open ever so slightly when we closed the lower refrigerator door. So be sure to check it otherwise you will get frost build up in the freezer. Not a big deal, still a five-star cabin in our opinion. Be sure to try the pizza at the River Road House at the bottom of the bluff. Great views of the Mississippi River. Home was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Close to Lansing, IA where we stopped at Sheps for drinks and Safe House for great pizza. Used the fire pit and there is a great view from top deck and gazebo. Would love to go back in the fall.

The house and views were amazing! The drive up to the house was a little crazy with windy roads, but once you get to the house it’s definitely worth it. The hot tub was perfect for the group of girls for the weekend. We ended up going thrifting in Prairie De Chien, but mainly stayed at the house for the full weekend. We all agreed we’d stay again. Kari responded to all of my questions very timely. Great host!

Excellent stay with our couple friend group! Absolutely stunning views! Loved the outdoor areas: deck, gazebo/overlook, and fire pit. Nice large table for gathering and we appreciated the beverage fridge and counter in the dining/sun room. Well stocked with everything we needed. Felt larger than the pictures looked. Only downside: no dishwasher. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful scenic and quiet . Several birds to watch and listen to. House is stocked with so many extras Fire pit is a hit as well as the views ! Only 1 needed item would be a dishwasher We did not expect to do dishes but we made it through 😂

We came to the region for a wedding, with a dozen family coming and going. Our 'chalet' turned out to be beautifully outfitted, so comfortable, with incredible views. Family meals were a joy to make together in this grand kitchen. Our hostess was welcoming and responsive. We will look for excuses to come back.

This property not only has stunning views, but we felt like we walked into a brand new home! Not only was it clean, it was immaculate, not a spec of dust or crumb to be found! We had 8 adults and 2 kids during our stay and there was plenty of room to fit us all comfortably. The arrangement of rooms were just as the listing stated. The patio areas were well stocked with plenty of seating, and the gazebo and fireplace was a perfect touch for added views and things to do. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this location - the views, cleanliness and professionalism by the host were top notch!
