Lovely quiet setting with views all round.

If I had been sharing the house with strangers my experience might not have been so enjoyable.

Great country location

We stayed overnight after an event at Morgan Park, and did not fancy an evening drive back to Brisbane. We found the accommodation to offer a good blend of modern amenities within a renovated country / rustic building. The mountain views are great along with the country township environment and local wildlife. The country feel is enhanced by the fact that breakfast is provided a kilometre down the road at the township store/café which is also run by your hosts Beryl & John. Breakfast consists of just about anything you want, home made bread, and a good yarn thrown in for free. Will be going again next time we are out that way.

Fantastic Mountain Views, Great hospitality

Stayed overnight at the Maryvale B&B whilst bushwalking in the area. The town is very quiet, the view from the B&B is great-surrounded by mountains. Everything was spotless in the room and with the aircon on heat very comfortable. The owners of the B&B (Beryl and John) also own the only shop and cafe in town which is where they provide home cooked meals. (There is also a large shared kitchen in the B&B for self catering). Beryl and John are very friendly and make you feel a welcome guest, Beryl in particular is a character- a genuine country matriach! I'm looking forward to my next visit. Only improvement suggested is to upgrade the TVs!

Maryvale B&B

Although it is a shared home you have your own facilities and room to move. Outside there are a couple of areas for relaxation and enjoyment of the Maryvale environment.
