Host was very welcoming and helpful as the parking and heating situation at the property needed some explaining - he was super responsive and helpful. Great place in a super convenient location walking distance to downtown Newport and the cliff walk.

This stay was great- the place was spotless, the rooms spacious and the sheets soft as silk. As far as location you can’t beat it- at the end of the action so it was quiet but walkable to everything. Chris was super responsive and had great recommendations for our stay. Oh, and parking! Would definitely book again.

Girls weekend

We had a group of six girls away for three nights. The location was perfect… walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. Plenty of space for six of us. Property owner was easy to reach and made experience seamless. Would certainly stay here again if we are in Newport for another weekend!

We comfortably fit 6 of us at this place and it was so great! The parking was a huge plus, we were able to fit 4 cars, not sure if that’s always the case, but it was awesome! Space was clean, spacious and great location! Would definitely stay again!

The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to downtown Newport. The property was clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. Great location

Chris, the manager, was great to work with. The apartment is in a great location, close to downtown Newport and the cliff walk and an easy drive to Middletown. Rooms were clean and it had adequate sleeping for our family of 2 grandmothers, two adults, and one teenager.

Great stay in Newport

We had a great stay! We had a short walk to downtown Newport, but were right at the point where it wasn’t loud at night. The parking lot was very, very convenient (parking in Newport is tough) and a huge help for our group. The apartment fit us easily and the common areas feel very spacious. We had a great time!
