Coral Beach Club was a wonderful choice for my family. (Husband/Wife & 3 little ones)The property was meticulously kept, and the Villa was cleanly and spacious. The Staff was kind and attentive. Special thanks to Bernadette! We utilized our splash pool, and the nearby sister resort’s infinity pool and market place as well. The Big Fish Restaurant offered high end dining and an array of dishes for any palate to enjoy! The location is on Dawn Beach yet minutes away from Orient Beach, and many excellent restaurants on the French side! We definitely recommend and hope to visit again one day!

There are two restaurants on the property. We ate at each one at least once during our stay. The food was good, but I enjoyed going out and dining at the local restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. When we finally laid down in the evening we got some good rest. The staff were friendly and attentive.

We stayed in the "penthouse" villa, which was fantastic. Clean, modern, well-appointed, large. Great housekeeping, friendly staff, convenient amenities. The area itself is a bit away from things so you have to want that, which we did.

The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. It was immaculate. The beach was a short walk away and staff was very good to set up comfy chaise lounges with umbrella. The only draw back for me was the access to a narrow terrace which had no access from the living/dining rooms but we spent most the time at the beach and restaurants so it was ok. The access to Oyster Bay Resort was a definite plus. The Veranda was good for lunch but the dinner restaurant was more of a 3 star. The Big Fish restaurant at Coral Bay was outstanding!

The property was nice. The staff was great as well. The sister property (Oyster bay resort) needs to upgrade some of their facilities. The gym is very small and lackluster on both properties and the pool needs a major renovation. We had a dishwasher issue that forced us to cancel some plans one night but it was eventually fixed. Cleaning could have been better on the first day of our stay, found old bread under the bed from a previous stay. Nice stay overall but improvements could be made to make the stay more enjoyable.

Even-though the property and rooms were well maintained, unfortunately on the deck outside came a mouse on one night and a cockroach on the last night. Overall the staff was non-existent since the property was almost empty. Due to the seaweed infestation and very bad smell the property was uninhabitable outside. The beach was unswimmable. We were ones of unfortunate guest they ended up booking badly. When we called the reception to understand if this would last all week, they replied with an attitude that they can’t determine the weather. The hotel/Expedia should be warning the clients of such conditions as we have paid a lot of money to stay at this resort. We have the expectation that we would be able to sit outside and swim at a beach side resort. We should have been given the opportunity to switch to a different resort. On the last day of check out we had check out at the oyster pond resort since the villa’s reception was not open at 8:00 am. Again with an attitude the reception didn’t even ask how our stay was and not a single thank you was uttered. The entire experience was not good and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at either resorts. I expect some kind of refund otherwise I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to St Martin at all.

The 4-bedroom villa on the beach was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. 5 star resort for sure! The pool looked just as amazing as it does on the web site-and the restaurants on the resort on both sides all had great food including vegetarian options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the manager Ingrid is a wonderful person who actually helped us return a lost dog back to its owner! Only downside of the area is the massive seaweed on the beach while we were there-and the taxis are expensive to travel around.

We stayed at the Coral Beach Club for our honeymoon and loved it !! The property is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and the location can’t be beat! The property is also in the same vicinity of the Oyster Bay resort - it’s super fun to hang out at the pool there and listen to their live music and other events.

Tolle Villas - Höchst komfortabel

Weil wir unsere Kreuzfahrt absagen mussten, haben wir uns eine 2 Zimmer Villa im Coral Beach Club gemeinsam mit einem befreundeten Paar gegönnt. Schon beim Checkin hat es uns die Sprache verschlagen. Die Beschreibung hinkt der Realität hinterher. Wir hatten eine Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern mit je einem Bad und einem riesigen Wohn, Koch- und Essbereich im Erdgeschoss. Eine riesige Terrasse mit Grill und Whirlpool rundete alles perfekt ab. Alles modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Unsere Villa lag nicht direkt am Strand, aber praktisch in der Oyster Bay mit fantastischer Aussicht. Zum Sandstrand wie zum verbundenen Oyster Bay Beach Resort war es ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang. Die gesamte Anlage und Restaurants konnten genutzt werden. Der Service im Coral Beach Club war ausserordentlich. Im Oyster Bay Beach Club gut, aber merklich karibischer ;-). Die Restaurants haben wir alle durchprobiert und sind zu empfehlen, die “Veranda”, direkt am Strand war aber unser Favorit. Dies Danke dem Essen und der Lage/Atmosphäre. Tolle Tage und absolut jeden Cent Wert.

Terrible service, everyone seems rude and they don’t care, customer service is the thing they need to work the most in. Room service is nos room service when you need to go to the restaurant to pick it up!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom townhouse which has a nice pleasant surprise. The units were over/under with 2 bedrooms upstairs and the living and kitchen area on the first floor. The unit had 3 full bathrooms which was a nice surpise along with 2 full pull out couches. If necessary it is the ideal place for people whom are on a budget to stay at. The place can actually fit 8 people. The only downside is the beach is filled with seaweed however that is the case for many beaches on the island.

We stayed in the penthouse and it was very clean and spacious but there was a horrible order like sewer order in the living room/kitchen area it was terrible. I complained several times to different staff members in the front desk and no one came to fix the problem. We were gone most of the day but when we returned it was nauseating. We stayed there for 5 nights and not till the day we were leaving, did the hotel manager call us, and only because my husband complained again to the housekeeper that came. It was not worth the money we paid!

There was a bit of a smell in the morning when they were cleaning the seaweed off the beach but it cleared up within a couple of hours. I guess if would have been a lot worse if they didn't do it. The front desk was amazing, it's under new management and they really try to keep you happy. I rented a villa on the beach, with a huge terrace and private pool, great to hang out on at night.
