  • Cerca de Montmartre y el Sacré Coeur, este apartamento familiar está cerca de todas las tiendas (servicios de catering, fruterías, mercados orgánicos). También puede dar un paseo y cazar en Puces de St Ouen.

    Este dúplex de 105m2 se presenta como una casa acogedora en un ambiente cálido y muy tranquilo.

    Este apartamento está ubicado en el 4to piso y es fácilmente accesible en ascensor. Tiene capacidad para 5 personas, ideal para una familia.
    Tenemos todo el equipamiento para bebés para acomodar a un niño pequeño.

    Orientado al sur, este dúplex está bañado de luz y tiene vistas a un jardín. Todas las habitaciones dan a este rincón de vegetación, por lo que te despertará el canto de los pájaros en el corazón de París.

    El interior de nuestro apartamento de estilo Haussmann está bellamente decorado, con molduras, parquet húngaro y 2 chimeneas.

    En el 1er nivel: un largo pasillo luminoso que conduce a una sala de estar separada y cómoda con chimenea y suelos de parquet. Wi-Fi, rincón de TV y biblioteca a su disposición.

    Luego el pasillo conduce a una segunda habitación con un salón comedor. Una gran mesa para cenas familiares y una cocina moderna y bien equipada.
    Se puede acceder a baños separados al final del corredor.

    Luego, en el segundo piso: accederá a las tres habitaciones por la escalera, encontrará un baño y el segundo baño separado.

    El primer dormitorio está equipado con una cama nido, que es de 2 camas (90 X 120), un escritorio y una cómoda.

    El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama individual (9O X 120), un escritorio y una cómoda.

    El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama king size (90X200) y todas las comodidades de un dormitorio principal.

    El baño está equipado con ducha a ras de suelo, lavabo y lavadora.

    El apartamento está cerca de todos los servicios (autobús, vélib y metro).

Spacious Paris Apartment.

This house was ideal for our family vacation to Paris. The property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. The host was helpful, friendly, and very responsive. It was the perfect home base to explore the city.

Great location, great apartment

My family and I stayed here for about a week. It was very nicely situated in Monmartre, very clean and extremely quiet. The hosts were great and we all had a great time. I highly recommend it!

Mooi, ruim en fijn appartement op.prima locatie

We hebben met het gezin een zeer goede week gehad in Parijs! Het appartement was zeer netjes, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Nabij metro stations en op loopafstand van toeristische delen van montmartre.

Spacious space for a family

About an 10 minute walk north of Sacre Couer. The apartment is spacious and we really enjoyed the shopping options on Rue du Poteau. Hosts were very communicative and we had a great stay.

Quentin and Lucie Are Lovely!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Quentin and Lucie’s lovely apartment. The place is beautiful and spacious and relaxing. My husband and I had so much fun exploring Paris with the kids then returning home to cook and relax with our family. Quentin and Lucie are very kind and communicative. Spacious and Easy Access to Paris Center

We loved our stay here! We were a group of five and we each felt like we had plenty of space. The apartment was both spacious and homey. Easy access to public transportation and the stores nearby were good. Quentin was very informative, polite and available if needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Olympic time refuge

Lucie and Quentin were extremely accommodating and helpful leading up to and during the stay. The location near Montmartre was perfect and access to Metro and even Uber pickups convenient. This is a great place for family and allows multiple spaces to unwind. Kitchen space is lovely and full of light.

Ideal family apartment

We could not have wanted more from this apartment. Easy access to central Paris by Metro or Bus yet a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle. Also a great space to relax with a book ( at least 100 in the apartment) if you need a quiet day.

We stayed in 11 different apartments on our trip around Paris and I think this was our favorite. There was an elevator to get us up to the apartment - it was tiny but most French apartments were a lot of steps. Right when we arrived Lucie met us at the door and gave us a tour of the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond giving us a fridge stocked with drinks (water, coke zero, wine, kombucha). There were also chocolates, cakes, cookies - it was fun trying all the things.The apartment also felt very lived in. It was full of books - lots of travel books - but many others as well. Also had a vinyl collection my 13 year old son loved listening too. Nicely equipped kitchen and washer for the clothes.While we were in Paris it was quite hot - and not a lot cooler at night. The strong fans in every bedroom made it bearable - and it was a very quiet neighborhood so no problem leaving the windows open.It was a little way from some of the tourist attractions - but it was close to metro stations - as well as the train station that we needed to get to Brussels. Lots of places to eat nearby as well.Would definitely recommend.

This lovely and comfortable apartment was perfect for our family. It's large enough for a family of four with two teenagers. The kitchen was well-stocked (and thanks for the wine and treats!). As for the location, north of Montmartre, we found it to be well-suited to us. It is not a touristy area yet access to the heart of Paris is nearby. Quentin and Lucie were so very helpful throughout, with all manner of tips (including with a medical emergency). We would stay here again, and can't wait to return to Paris.

Bel appartement lumineux et calme

Grand appartement super sympa, on s’est senti comme à la maison. Localisation au top, le quartier est très calme et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir visiter Montmartre et aller au resto à pieds. Merci à Quentin et Lucie pour l’accueil et les conseils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!

A great place to stay in Paris

We stayed at the property for 8 days with 3 kids. The property was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is close to the metro and has plenty of shops/restaurants around. We requested an early checkin and the hosts graciously accommodated our request. Faria was waiting for us at the apartment to help us check-in. The hosts also left us a very informative guide on the area and also have lots of books on what to see in Paris. All in all a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

So close to everything, yet a perfect family refuge from the hustle & bustle

From the planning stages all the way through our visit, Lucy & Quentin went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure our family of 5 was comfortable during our visit. The home is airy and bright, and the beds and linens are comfortable. We loved the oversized kitchen/dining area (complete with an outstanding vinyl collection) for lounging before or after our days of exploring the city. We actually enjoyed being in a less touristy part of town since the Metro and bus access is phenomenal. Our kids also enjoyed being close to the supermarket and kebab stand. We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Lucy & Quentin!

Very pleasant stay

We very much enjoyed staying at this place. The building and the flat were pleasant, old, quaint, cool, and enjoyable. We didn't realize that we were staying in the owners' actual home, but that made it more "homey." There were tons of books, including guide books of Paris. Everything worked fine (with one tiny exception of a night light that was switched to OFF instead of AUTO.) The location was good, pretty close to several different public transportation lines, and the neighborhood was NOT touristy at all, which we enjoyed.

Lovely Stay

Our family of 5 stayed comfortably in Quentin and Lucia’s duplex. It was spacious and met our needs while we were in Paris. It was located near several Metros, which were all very walkable. We only found ourselves taking an Uber or cab less than an handful of times. Montmartre turned out to be our favorite area of all, so we took many easy strolls (except for the occasional several steps) to the area many times while we were in Paris. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. Merci Beaucoup, Quentin & Lucia!

Live like a Parisian

If you want to immerse yourself into true Parisian life then this is the perfect apartment. Surrounded by cafes, bistros, bakeries and pastry shops, grocery stores, etc. Everything you need is in walking distance. All kinds of transportation so close. Our hosts were fantastic making sure we had everything that we needed and great advice on sights to see and how to get around the beautiful city of Paris. You won’t be disappointed. Home away from Home

Quentin and Lucie were perfect hosts, responding quickly to all our questions, before and during our stay. They provided a welcome folder which allowed us to navigate the apartment, Paris center, and the local neighborhood. It was a family friendly apartment for 3 generations, 4 adults and a 3 1/2 year old. The apartment was spacious, sunny and bright. Plenty of room for all to gather but also offered private space, as needed. As it was a week long stay, we appreciated being able to unpack and store our luggage It was a short walk, for any age, to the bus stop and also within walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, shops and parks. It was a delight to enjoy a true Paris neighborhood!

Charming home in Paris

The home is very charming! However, do note that the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, so you will need to carry your luggages to the 2nd floor. Transportation to the City Center (to Louvre, Seine River, Eiffel Tower, etc) is very convenient. There is a bus stop nearby and a few metro stations around the area that are within walking distance to the home. We were able to walk to Sacre Couer/ Montmarte area as well. The host also provide a few recommendations for bakery and restaurants around the are that are wonderful! All in all, we had a wonderful time in Paris. Thank you!
