Guests will have full and private access to the entire house and all its amenities. You can make yourself completely at home. The only exceptions are two locked owner's closets, which are not accessible to guests.

We want you to enjoy your privacy and have a relaxing vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are available and will do our best to take action as soon as possible if any problems arise. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel, and there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to previous guest departure and cleaning schedule.
For your security and ours, a Ring camera is located in the driveway. It monitors and records motion 24/7.
Kayak and paddleboard use requires a security deposit.
We provide a full set of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans for your cooking needs. We do not provide food, drinks, or condiments.
The availability of beach items like toys or a wagon is not guaranteed, as these items may experience wear and tear from previous guests and the coastal environment.
