Very relaxing and clean

We LOVED staying here. The owners were very communicative and easy to work with. The place was very clean and we loved the pool and having the canal right there. We would definitely stay here again.

Stefan & Edwina were amazing hosts!! The attention to detail throughout the property, whether it’s the refrigerator that provides craft ice spheres for the perfect Old Fashioned, the fully stocked spice rack, the spacious billiard room, right down to the artwork throughout, the pride that the Von Bjorns take in this wonderful and welcoming home is apparent from the moment you walk through the door!!!

Perfect vacation home!

We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean and full of amenities that we made use of: pool/hot tub, kayaks, fishing off the dock (our poles), pool table and bike riding. This house had everything on our list and we had a great time!

I highly recommend this beautiful house ,everything you need for a relaxing vacation is here.The pool & spa were used every day as was the pool table. The house was spotlessly clean & had fantastic amenities. The house is in a great location with plenty of Florida attractions nearby. My family enjoyed every day we spent here ,we didn’t want to leave .

Great place!

My husband and I came to visit our grandchildren who live nearby. This home is spacious, clean with great amenities. The location is close to many fun activities for both adults and children! This is a great home to stay! If I could give it an 11 out of 10; I would!

Well equipped home

The house had everything you would want during your stay. The house was great for multiple folks to either hang out together and there was sufficient room for privacy if wanted. Would definitely sty here again.

BIRTHDAY GETAWAY

The house was amazing, plenty of room, the beds were comfortable. The kids/adults loved the pool table and swimming pool. I wish the hot tub would stay hot when you turn it on but that did not hinder our experience with the visit.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! CLOSE TO LITERALLY EVERYTHING!!

This House is absolutely awesome. It Has EVERY amenity you will ever need. The house location is perfect. Close to restaurants, Publix Grocery store, Wal-Mart and several places to walk to. The yard is great to sit by the canal. We enjoyed the Game room and Pool Table. We going to go back when we can. Great communication with the owners also. What a great experience and place to call home for vacation. Our family really enjoyed it there.

Enjoyable Stay

Host was very friendly and responsive. The photos on the posting are accurate. Home has 4 kayaks with a helpful lift to get in and out of water. The house is located about a block from a bakery and ice cream shop, and .5 miles to a tiki-type bar on the water.

Great Location but I'd work on the boat situation

Overall very nice place, good location on the water, nice pool and hot tub, bikes, pool table and good restaurants close by. Great communication from owners (not management company) with any issues. Only complaint would be that the canal the house is on is pretty small and owners keep their boat on the property so there is limited space for boat parking. If you have one boat in the 23 foot range you should be ok and shouldn't have any issues turning around, but there isn't space if you have multiple boats. I would suggest that they trailer their boat so guests have more space to keep boats as the main draw for us to rent the house was having water access. If you have 2 families staying at the house, more than likely you'd have to have 2 boats. Other than that great place and very accommodating owners.

Wonderful, Very Relaxing!!

This property has all of the amenities we needed and more. Our family of four was very comfortable in this home and enjoyed all the spaces to simply enjoy spending time together. We brought our 21 foot center console boat with us and it fit perfectly next to the dock and nicely protected with the bumper guards that were installed on the deck. The lush backyard is a perfect place to relax out on the dock and watch the fish day or night because of the fish attraction lights in the water. The 3 queen beds fit our family perfectly so that everyone had their own room. The reclining couch's in the den is simply amazing! We loved resting and catching a nap after a long day on the water. This home is beautifully decorated and has lots of touches that makes it outstanding. The pool table was really fun to give us some family competition at night. There is so much in this home that I could go on and on about it. Easy access to the main water and boat launch as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back!!

Perfect vacation home in a great location!

We had a great stay. The home was very nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. The location right on the water/canal with kayaks and a dock was nice. The home had everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. The homeowners checked in with us over the phone before and during our stay to make sure we were good. Make sure to check out Sam's Beach Bar/Restaurant and Hudson Beach Ice Cream Parlor which were both excellent and right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again!!!
