Wonderful quiet, pretty and safe neighborhood, within walking distance of Mayo Clinic. Broc’s house was clean, nicely decorated, and supplied with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. Beds were comfy! Hope to stay again for our next Mayo Clinic visit or a stay for leisure.

Excellent stay

This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again.

We were impressed immediately upon entering...that is not always the case as pictures on VRBO can be misleading. Clean, clean, clean!! Loved the neighborhood...quiet and very close to a nice park with paved walking and biking trails, playground equipment perfect for children, and a stream/river with rapids to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked to the max with everything we could have asked for. There is a relaxing, somewhat enclosed patio out the back door with a beautiful yard full of wildlife as the same creek/river is just a half block behind our backyard. Think squirrels, rabbits including baby ones, all kinds of birds, and a visiting pair of ducks. I met Broc, the owner, mowing the lawn morning, and he is a great guy...cordial, friendly, and helpful. We could not have been happier with our stay there. I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. You WILL NOT be disappointed booking this home.

Excellent as always!

This is definitely one of our favorite stays when we come for our yearly checkups! This cute little house makes you feel right at home! The patio in the back yard is our favorite hangout, and the wildlife back there never disappoints! Broc is an awesome host and always accommodating! Close enough to Mayo Clinic to walk, and gas station and grocery store around the corner! Thank you once again for the amazing stay!

Make one of the worst experiences of our lives a little more bearable…

My daughter had Mayo visits for a liver transplant. This home was the perfect choice. This clean cozy home gave 4 adults and a 3 year old a restful place to stay between her appointments while still allowing the 3 year old space to play

Lovely little home

This cute house was just perfect for our stay. I had 4 days of Mayo testing stress and this home was a nice escape where we could cook, relax and recharge. It was spotless and welcoming. Downstairs bed was comfy, and perfect for a yet healing back after a major surgery. Would definitely stay again. Broc was responsive and kind in all communication. :)

This house was perfect for our needs. Staying a few days visiting family in the area. Quiet neighborhood, ac was great upstairs too. Very close to everything. Very clean and well laid out. Appreciate a first floor bedroom for our elderly Mom, with full baths on both levels!

Great place to stay!

My friends and I travel a lot on our motorcycle. There was plenty of space for parking and the house was great. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with supplies. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house to anyone.

Comfortable housing near Mayo Clinic and downtown

We were contacted by host several times after making reservation. He offered assistance, information, and advice for our stay. Broc was immediately accessible throughout our stay, outstanding host. Property is five short blocks from Mayo Clinic (Methodist Hospital Campus, downtown). Area is walkable, clean, and appeared to be quiet and safe. Within four blocks of subway and skyway access. House is old, located in well established, older part of town. Modern kitchen appliances (gas cooking). Markets, shops, and restaurants close by. We stayed for six weeks and will do so again when we return next year.

GREAT PLACE

This place was exactly what we needed when our daughter had her surgery at the Mayo Clinic. The main campus is super close and easy to get to. We stayed there for 13 nights and it was just nice to come “home” every night. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and there is a grocery store close as well as the mall. Super easy to get around. Broc was very responsive with questions. He is a super host for a reason. There is also a trail behind the house that follows a little creek. If you are looking for a place to stay in Rochester that makes things easy, this is definitely the place. Thank you Broc for giving us your place. Destini

Lovely home

Lovely home with space for everyone. Well-equipped, well-maintained home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to Mayo. Everything you need to prepare meals, including a BBQ & outdoor seating. Really nice respite away from full days of appointments at Mayo. Definitely recommend.

Home Away From Home

We stayed in this beautiful home for almost two weeks. We were so thankful to be so close to the Mayo Clinic. It was nice to be able to spread out instead of having to stay in a hotel room. The three bedrooms and two baths were a plus. The house is beautiful and updated and the neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe. The home is within walking distance of the creek and it makes for a great daily walk. One of our favorite things was the wildlife! We saw deer, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, ducks, robins, and a woodchuck who all lived in the backyard! If you go out to eat, our favorite place is Benedicts. We also recommend the Niagra Caves in Harmony, and the National Eagle Center in Wabasha with a quick trip across the bridge to WI. If you make a trip to St. Paul you should visit the Wabasha Street Caves. This was a perfect stay during an anxious time and we would like to thank our host Broc for sharing his home with us.

Perfect for our week

Week had appointments all week at The Mayo Clinic. This house was perfect for our stay. Clean, updated, everything works. Beds were comfortable. Location is great. We could have walked to our appointments if the weather was warmer. We will stay here again if we need to return.
