Fantastic stay with a ciew

Had a wonderful couple of days at this property. It had everything we needed, and a supermarket was conveniently located just around the corner.We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the fantastic view.Randy the host was welcoming at check in.Would love to stay again if we are ever in Salt Lake City.

Bulldogs Archery Nationals

From the pictures we fell in love and i was in contact with Randy from before booking. He was the best we have ever dealt with. So helpful and friendly. He even allowed us to have things sent to the house for our son that we forgot at home that he needed for his archery tournament. Once we arrived we were in awe of the views and Randy walked us thru everything. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and we enjoyed the outdoors, the grill and just being together. It was a home away from home and the perfect place to unwind after the archery tournaments!! Thanks for everything and we cant wait to be back again this time next year! Highly recommend 20/10!!

Spacious with great view.

This is actually a 4 bedroom place (not 3 bedrooms as advertised). In other ways too, the ad understates this great, spacious place in a convenient straight line to Snowbird/Alta. Great host. No hooks to hang wet things is the only, easily fixed shortcoming.

Great ski week home base for our family with close by shopping and restaurants. Liked the bedrooms and the amenities and host as previously noted is great. Only dock for the carpeted kitchen needing some updating

Great place to stay to access skiing

We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our windows and yard. The rental is spacious and extremely clean! We enjoyed the hot tub after our ski days and used the outdoor grill several times. Randy, our host, is easy to communicate with, we had the opportunity to meet him in person as well.

Lovely stay

Randy’s place is one of the best vacation rentals I have had and I have had many. It is clean, spacious and well stocked. It had everything including Kleenex and full length mirrors, two things that are usually lacking. Randy was a great host. Parking was on the large driveway well back from the street. The view of the mountains was breath taking.

Perfect Sisters weekend get away

We loved the house, anything you could have possibly needed they have. From the hot tub/robes to the comfy beds. We loved it. The location was great to visit Salt Lake City or travel to the mountains for scenic drives.

Beautiful Blessing

Quick get a way after a storm to cheer up my kiddos and friends. Randy was a super accommodating host, we had literally everything we needed. House was squeaky clean, we all were comfortable and relaxed. We would love to come back!

Great stay. Amazing backyard!

We recently stayed for a weekend with family. The property has an amazing backyard with so much room to play and entertain. It would be a great space to have a family reunion or wedding reception. The house was clean and had plenty of room. There were lots of little details that made the stay better, like Utah truffles on the beds and phone charging cords and ports all throughout the house. Check in was easy and Randy was very helpful. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and grill. We had lots of things planned for our trip, but could have easily enjoyed just spending our time at the house.

Came for BYU football game

Perfect house with such an incredible backyard! And the VIEW!! Amazing!! Everything was clean and organized and the location was perfect to explore SLC, Provo and Park City. Randy was such a great host getting us settled in, otherwise we never saw them but it was nice to know they were right there, if we had any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

What an incredible place to stay!!

You would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful backyard built for entertaining with a spectacular view anywhere in the entire Utah valley!! Randy is an outstanding host and has thought of so many little things that you wouldn’t think you’d need but there they were right when you needed them. Was an absolute pleasure to talk to and extremely responsive. The house is beautiful and has large spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a great gathering area! But did I forget to mention the backyard?!? It’s a life goal of mine to have such a large, beautiful backyard absolutely perfect for entertaining. It’s perfect for a family or would make for a spectacular wedding reception venue! I cannot recommend this property highly enough! Randy is a great host, the property is unequalled, and the rate is incredibly fair. Thanks for the great mini-vacation Randy!
