The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests:
• Primary bedroom — King bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3 — Twin bunk bed + twin trundle that opens to an additional twin (sleeps 4)
• Bedroom 4 — Twin bunk bed (sleeps 2)

Total sleeping capacity: 10 guests.

Inside, the home offers approximately 2,100 sq ft of comfortable living space with high ceilings, skylights and plenty of natural light.

The main living area includes comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace and a Smart TV. The primary bedroom also features a Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes and a drip coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals for the group.

Guests have private access to the entire home, huge backyard, basketball court, mini golf, game area, patio, fire pit and BBQ area.

Private parking is available for 2 cars, with additional off-street parking available.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
