  • Este es un estudio renovado, hermoso, luminoso y grande en el piso 22. El apartamento tiene un balcón y grandes ventanales de piso a techo con fascinantes vistas panorámicas de la ciudad y el océano. El apartamento está decorado con buen gusto con un estilo moderno y elegante que conserva el ambiente tropical. La unidad cuenta con vestidor y cama queen. Además, el edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, piscina privada y gimnasio. Las instalaciones de la lavandería se encuentran en el segundo piso con lavadoras y secadoras que funcionan con monedas. El acceso a Internet está disponible en el apartamento, el vestíbulo y el área de la piscina. Estacionamiento subterráneo seguro en el espacio asignado solo para inquilinos. Una cancha de tenis en el Hotel Marriott, que está justo enfrente de nosotros, cobra una tarifa mínima por hora. Libre acceso a la playa; La entrada está al otro lado de la calle de nosotros. For a couple trip the place is amazing. As far as commutation I wish the there was a way for it to alert you when the host sends a message. She was really great on checking in making sure everything was ok. The front desk security guards were also great. The view is AMAZING . They had some construction going on so I’m sure the next visit will be even better . Oh and that place has everything even things you might not have remembered to bring. We stopped to visit some other hotels and still our place was unmatched. Only place I will stay.

Studio unit was very clean and comfortable. Views were amazing, left curtains open at night to look out. Host was kind and caring, checked in to make sure everything was just right! Great water views!

Clean and safe building. Parking inside garage was a huge plus. The beach is literally a one block walk. We had a great time. Thank you Jacqueline. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing property! Close to everything! Stunning views and secure building. The host was super helpful with any questions we had. I would highly reccomend! Jayson ,the tour guide they put us in touch with was on point! Thank you for a most wonderful stay! Looking forward to coming back!

Great Location With Impressive View!

The place is clean and well equipped for a short vacation. Check-in & check-out was very simple. It's centrally located and has a nice view. I 100% would stay again.

Beautiful views in the perfect location

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and had a great time. We loved the views from the unit and felt the location couldn’t be better! It was also very nice to have a parking spot for our rental. Beautiful location, clean unit, lots of great restaurants and fun night life near by. We loved our stay!

Condado Beach Vacation

Great efficiency condo. All we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants and near Old San Juan. Property Manager was very helpful with instructions for checking in and suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

A gem to enjoy

A very nice location, great building, wonderful amenities, the staff was always very helpful and cordial. Restaurants and entertainment very convenient around the neighborhood. Truly recommended

Great views from 22nd floor! Owner could not be nicer gave us recommendations on places to eat things do do,etc.Walking district to many restaurants,beach was across the street Condo was very will appointed We had a great time

Puerto Rico girls trip

We had a wonderful stay. The apt was as advertised and very clean. It was walking distance to restaurants, beach and nightlife. The host was always available and checked on often by text.

Beautiful View of Condado!

The rental property was awesome! Just what we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. Comfortable bed, great walk in closet and beautifully decorated.

There was a beautiful ocean view out the window/patio doors on the far side of the apartment. Everything was just as described and all amenities were included. It was walking distance to SO many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Condado area.Note: Parking in the garage needs to be specifically arranged beforehand to ensure that the process is easy.

Mother and daughter trip

Amazing views

The first impression walking in was the spectacular views from this apartment! Our stay was very brief, but this is a beautiful place that felt very secure and was in a great location for walking access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Would definitely book again!

Nice condo with a view

This condo was just as described and had great views. It was a good location we were minutes from the beach and a short Uber ride to old San Juan. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and she answered any questions we had. It was a perfect place for just my husband and I for the week in San Juan.
