Great villa in Lake Garda! The villa is clean, spacious, and features the most breathtaking views we saw all trip. We enjoyed cooking our meals at the house and watching the sunset from the top veranda every evening. The pool was a wonderful bonus. Huge thanks to Renate, who was a fantastic host and went completely above and beyond to help us when we needed assistance!

What a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, couldn’t have wished for anything more. The host was excellent from the time of booking and throughout our stay.The villa was superb, immaculate with everything we could have needed. Plenty of sun loungers and shades etc. The heated pool was great - to be able to swim whilst looking at the spectacular view was beyond our expectations. We shall miss sitting on the balcony, eating our meal and watching the sun set. Thank you P.s the bbq area was great too!

Villa was perfect with amazing views of the lake, very clean and well stocked. San Zeno was an amazing little town. Perfect if you like peace and quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Easy 20 minute drive to the lake.

Wonderful family stay

Stunningly beautiful villa inside and out with fabulous views over lake Garda. Renate the host was superb throughout the process. I thoroughly recommend this villa

A beautiful setting in a great village. Stunning views.Michelin star restaurant not to be missed. Great pizza place, Giarindiera. Once in a lifetime experience.

Fabulous property - amazing view

Renate was very helpful and friendly with great local knowledge tips. The property is of a very high standard and thoughtfully designed and furnished so as to maximise its exceptional vies and the guests experience. 100% recommend.

Beautiful well equipped and immaculately maintained villa in lovely location with incredible views. We were a family of 6 adults and one infant and the villa was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to enjoy with many lovely seating areas. Renate our host was the best host you could ever hope for. The communication throughout was fantastic and she was so helpful, assisting us with our plans for what to do for our stay. Would certainly recommend.

Amazing Experience!

This was our first visit to Lake Garda and it certainly will not be our last! Renate is a superb host - she is always available to answer any questions and takes a real interest in ensuring that your stay is perfect. The house itself is very clean, well maintained and comfortable- but the best part is the view of the lake which is absolutely breathtaking. We would thoroughly recommend this property and have no doubt we will be back - thank you to Renate and her family for an amazing vacation 😊

Amazing villa in San Zeno!!

Renate was a fabulous host. She was very warm and accommodating, even helping us with recommendations on the fly! The villa is exactly as pictured, and it did not disappoint. The views are breathtaking, and showed us a whole different side of Italy. The kids loved the heated pool overlooking the lake! We hope to make it back here one day, and I know where we will stay!

This property is wonderful and Renate the host could not be more helpful. The views are stunning and allow you to enjoy the lake in relative peace but still have access to the other sights when you want. The local town has restaurants and shops etc. but not as busy as lake shore which was lovely. Evenings watching the sunset are spectacular. The property is as the listing except the side BBQ area is even nicer and a lovely place to sit evening and morning. We were the first guests this year and any little snags were dealt with quickly. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.Renate gave advice about day trips when we asked. We had an amazing boat tour with a local fisherman, drove round the lake, went up the local cable car for mountain hike, wine tasting in family run winery, lot's of golf or just days spent in the villa by the pool with a lovely local lunch.Absolutely exceptional stay and we would definitely highly recommend the villa and come back again if we were travelling to this area. Thanks Renate.

Fabulous House & Location

We spent three nights at this house in San Zeno and cannot recommend it enough. The house was exactly as described and the photos precise. It was clean, comfortable and Renate was quick to respond and be in communication. We went with our three children (12, 10, 6) and they enjoyed every minute of it- particularly the pool! We also loved the area- an unknown area for us previously and a spot we plan to go back to. Highly recommend!

Amazing Villa

Would highly recommend this villa. The views are absolutely amazing, just as in the photos. You wake up to a panoramic lakeside view. Private pool was lovely. The villa is spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped. The owner Renate was very helpful and was always at hand to make sure we had the best stay. Location is good- we hired a car and it was easy to visit other towns on the Lake. Also lots of nice restaurants in the village of San Zeno, a few minutes drive away. One of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in -would definitely go back!

Wonderful View!

The property was in an excellent location and was a perfect stay. The property was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had plenty of space for all 6 of us and the garage was large enough for both cars. The luggage lift was also a great surprise! The terrace was spectacular and breathtaking views all day! The pool was also very beautiful and clean and perfect for the warm summer days! We were greatly impressed with the organization and appreciated the detailed instructions.

Beautiful home

The home was lovely with spectacular views and fabulous outdoor spaces. We were impressed by how spotless the kitchen and the pool were upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had hot water and good water pressure. The wifi was strong and easy to stay connected. It was nice to have a garage available and it was large enough to fit a full-sized car. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we slept well. I’d recommend it to others.

Toller Blick über den Gardasee, von Riva bis Salo

Der Ausblick des Hauses war einfach phänomenal. Bei entsprechendem Wetter von Riva bis Salo, einfach toll. Wir konnten uns nicht sattsehen. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz dem deutschen, gehobenen Standard. Zwei volle Bäder und eine Gästetoilette, einfach super. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Betten bequem und wir können Frau Koblbauer nur zu Ambiente gratulieren. Insgesamt sind es fünf äußerlich gleich aussehende Häuser, die zum Teil im Privatbesitz sind. Drei wurden an Feriengäste vermietet, die gemeinsam einen kleinen, aber feinen Pool nutzen konnten. Eine eigene Doppelgarage pro Haus mit Lift für Gepäck stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die kompetente, freundliche und professionelle Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war völlig problemlos.

Beautiful house with lovely heated pool comfy beds and stunning views. Very secure and despite being private from the other homes not remote. Lots of nice options to eat and drink in the lovely town and plenty of things to do locally, Renate exceptionally helpful with information and assistance. 5 stars!!

Klare Weiterempfehlung

Wir haben rundum sehr gute Erfahrungen mit der Vermieterin und dem Mietobjekt gemacht. Es ist alles genau so wie beschrieben und die Abwicklung und die Vor-Ort Betreuung ist zuverlässig und sehr freundlich abgelaufen. Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar und war jeden Tag aufs Neue das Highlight. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Ein sehr schönes, exklusives und gepflegtes Anwesen mit Traumblick. Gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt im Relais San Zeno hat uns (4 Erwachense, 2 Kinder (1,4) sehr gut gefallen. Das Gebäude, die Zimmer und die Gartenanlage waren sehr gepflegt und entsprechen der Ankündigung. Der Blick über den Gardasee war dabei sicher ein Highlight. Die nette Gastgeberin bewirtschaftet die Häuser sehr professionell und liebevoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaus

Aufgrund der Beschreibung waren unsere Erwartungen sehr hoch angesiedelt.Diese wurden aber komplett bei weitem übertroffen.Das super hochwertig ausgestattete Haus, der Pool und der neue Whirlpool für 6 Personen, die exponierte Lage mit sensationellen Traumblick, die absolute Ruhe, die äußerst nette Vermieterin usw sind einfach nur superb!!! Die gesamte Anlage ist von der Besitzerin picobello gepfegt.Wir hatten oft gar keine rechte Lust dieses herrliche Fleckchen Erde zu verlassen. Wir kommen wieder ! Helga, Gabi, Werner und Gerhard

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in San Zeno! Das Haus liegt herrlich mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See. Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht, es fehlte uns an nichts. Zudem hatte sie noch Klasse Tipps zum Einkaufen und für Restaurants. Wenn Gardasee, dann nur noch hier!

Traumhafte Ausblicke von einem super Objekt

Die wunderschöne Aussichtslage und ein top gepflegtes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend waren der Garant für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Alles verlief reibungslos und es mangelte an nichts. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind einwandfrei und in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Bardolino oder Garda. Sehr empfehlenswert!
