Very large, spacious room; that was clean and neat. Would be helpful to have a couple of hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom while taking a shower. Had to put the towels on the toilet. Other than that, good value for the price and excellent locations to all the great local spots like Round House Bar, Boardwalk, Pasquales and shops.

Great place to stay, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were huge and appeared to be recently updated, a/c worked good, very clean and well worth the money. One downside, because of the location, the music was pretty loud but tolerable.

We had room 10 with the balcony/water view and it was a great experience. If you want to be in the heart of PIB, this is the spot. The staff was amazing and accommodated all our requests. Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Highly recommend staying here!

I liked the location. Rooms were clean and simple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived well before check in and they kept our luggage for us. They were not chasing us out right at checkout. I definitely would stay here again.

Definitely in the heart of where the city parties. I would not say family friendly for that reason.

Expedia and the Edgewater Hotel need to get on the same page for pricing and taxes. Twice I have been charged more than advertised. It’s a tax issue.

Staff at check in we're seriously the best! Our room wasn't ready yet but she ended up upgrading our room for us so my daughter and I could put our stuff in it. The room was great, the beds were definitely old and dipped in the middle so they weren't very comfortable to sleep in but other then that we loved our stay. We would definitely go back!

One of the best experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The front desk lady was absolutely amazing and so nice. Even the maintenance guy was super nice I believe his name was rod. Overall experience was 11 out of 10 I would go back just because of the employees made it such a wonderful experience.

There were spiders in the room. A LOT of them. No amenities in the room (no shelf in the bathroom, no hook, but nicely up dated) the smell of Clorox was very overwhelming. Giving us a headache. Could not air out due to no screen in the window. The golf cart rental was very disappointing due to nightly procedures. When asked for a receipt there was not a break down of what was charged. When booking the room on the website there was not enough information on how to book a suite. Room 6 no hooks in bathroom not updated. More outlets near the beds.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am.
