At check in, Brian was on the phone, didn’t help us identify best entrance to our room nor about the additional $50 automatically added for incidentals ( not actually billed if not used). Brian handed me the bill to sign, slid the room cards to me, not a single word since his phone call was more important. Not the best first impression of
Drury Hotels.
The hotel, amenities and other staff are actually amazing! Complementary snacks and breakfast were so good ( and appreciated)! Shout out to Shelly, she was super friendly and helpful!
I would give this hotel 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
