Great location

House was clean, being on Green Hill Pond was beautiful (so many birds, great time using the paddle boards, loved watching the fog roll in and out), and lots of local beach options within a short drive. Hosts were communicative. We had a great stay.

The house is as nice in person as the pictures indicate. The kitchen stocked so you can cook and eat in.Everything was very clean, easy to find. Comfortable sufficient furniture as well.The owners were easy to deal with and very responsive to questions we had before and after we arrived at the house.

Wonderful waterfront house

Exactly what we were looking for. A beautiful waterfront house and property. Ames and Meg were great hosts providing lots of information about the house and area ahead of the trip. And they responded right away to the few questions we had about what to bring. The house had everything we needed. And it was great to have the kayaks and paddle boards, the yard and fire pit for the weekend. So fun. Thank you Ames and Meg!

Great house in great location

We stayed with our 3 granddaughters and our daughter came for a few days. The first floor open layout is perfect for kids and adults and the deck off of it is large. My husband and I are birders and saw quite a lot just sitting on the deck. Our granddaughters flew kites right from the side yard. And we used 3 of the 4 kayaks provided, launching from the dock. The bedrooms work out great with the girls loving their bunkroom with two bunkbeds and double beds below. It was close to beaches which they liked also.

Beautiful house and location

This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Such a beautiful and quiet location with great sunrise, sunset, and water views. Perfect little paradise for gathering family and friends. We can't wait to be able to visit again.

Amazing location

Delightful property in an amazing location. We loved waking up to water views every day! The house was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we might need, and was a great base for exploring the local beaches. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing Week

We loved the house and utlized the fire pit, the outdoor grill, kayaks and the big back lawn for lawn games we brought. The house is about three miles from Charlestown Town Beach which we frequented several days. I enjoyed biking in the morning on the roads and finding other places, like Moonstone Beach, which a small, beautiful beach a few miles from the home. Great ice cream place only a few miles away.

Location, location, location

Great location, lovely, comfortable home with stunning water views from every window. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We don't normally use A/C in our summer beach rentals, but with the heat during our stay we really appreciated that in this house as well. Kayaks and paddle boards were very handy for accessing the boat beach on the days we wanted to do that. Would love to return! PS: be prepared for mosquitoes at dusk and dawn. We found that starting the fire pit before dusk helped keep them at bay when we wanted to hang out on the lawn.

Spectacular Memorial Day Weekend

Amazing location right on Green Hill Pond with water views from basically anyplace you looked. Well equipped kitchen with a nice gas grill. Kayaks and paddleboards got a workout. Spacious first floor open plan great for spending time together. Sound bar with smart tv great for streaming music. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and peaceful weekend

The location is awesome. There are water views all around the house. We enjoyed chatting and watching the wildlife while sitting on the deck. We saw an amazing orange moon over the water our second night while sitting around the campfire. The family room is also spacious and cozy. I did some light cleaning before my friends arrived and had to make the beds up. The surrounding area is pretty and there are several trails, restaurants and shops all within a 10-15 min drive.

Water views from every window

This was our second year staying at this house for a long spring weekend and we love the house. The water views on both sides of the house are great! We brought our own kayaks, although there were some available, and did lots of paddling. Even got my 90 yr old aunt out in a kayak!!

Girls' Weekend Away

The views from this house were amazing from every window. The sunrise over the water out one side, and the sunset over water out of the other. Every bedroom had a view, too. The recliners and couch in the living room were so comfy. We hated to leave. The only issues we had were that the WiFi didn't work (and therefore the TV, too) and the listing said to bring linens and towels, but when we arrived there were some there. No big deal, but would have saved us the trouble of brining them. The house was in a great location. Only wish we had been able to stay longer and take the kayaks out. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This was an excellent place to stay. It was so quiet. The views of the water on both sides of the property were amazing. We had access to kayaks & paddle boards which we used multiple times a day. The house has a great layout and tons of slider doors to let the breeze through the house.

Perfect spot!

We were very happy at Meg’s magical spot on the salt pond. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beach. We kayaked, paddle boarded and rode our bikes to the beach each day. In the evenings we enjoyed a “sundowner” overlooking the pond and were very grateful to be there.

Quiet little spot

The house is very well set up to hang out. Plenty of big comfortable furniture with a nice view of the water. My teenagers appreciated the fast internet. The kayaks and paddle boards were fun. We went for a relaxing vacation and we had a relaxing vacation.

Great spot

We loved our stay at this property - great location, quiet street with water views from both front and back of the house. Stand up paddle boards and kayaks were awesome and used almost every day! Highly recommend
