I was given an inferior room, different from what I had booked and paid for. The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and missing amenities that were clearly included in my reservation (bath tub, TV).
When I pointed this out, the owner simply told me that the room I had booked was not available, so they gave me another one—without informing me in advance, and without offering any discount or compensation.
Because this was unacceptable, I requested cancellation and a refund on the first day. However, it took two days and the intervention of Expedia support to cancel the remaining nights, and I still lost a significant amount of money because the refund was only partial, despite the situation being entirely not my fault.
As if this were not enough, days after I checked out, the owner emailed me asking for additional payment for a mattress, claiming I had damaged it. This accusation is completely unfounded and the behavior very childish.
Overall, this was dishonest and unprofessional staff.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
