El departamento de Massimo es realmente INCREÍBLE. Vistas, detalles, calefacción, cocina super equipada, baño impecable. De los mejores que hemos visitado. Mas alla del alojamiento quiero destacar la hospitalidad de Massimo, permanentemente atento a todo. No duden en reservar este departamento

This property was perfect! And the host was even better! Probably the best host I’ve ever stayed with…he gave sooo much information, maps, travel books left in apt, wine in fridge, offered to help with luggage to the stairs, and so many recommendations from restaurants to grocery stores to transports. He was the best! The apt was amazing as well! Comfortable beds, clean, spices and coffee, soft towels and adequate AC. Location was quiet yet central to everything we needed. Highly recommend!!!!! Book it today!

We stayed 4 nights in Venice at Massimo's place with our 2 children and we had a great time. The apartment was clean and spacious, well organized and stocked. It's in walking distance to Piazza San Marco and to grocery stores and restaurants. The host is very responsive and very helpful. He gave us a lot of useful information and advices from vaporetto schedules to places where to eat or visit. Really with Massimo's help you don't need to plan anything, he has it all ready for you, in detail if you need. We met him and he's was very friendly, cheerful and welcoming. The location is quiet and allows for good rest at night away from the crowds. We had an amazing time in Venice and Massimo's home made it possible. Thank you very much for everything!

The apartment is very clean and modern, beautiful location and view. Big thanks to the owner who recommended so many places to see and made our stay unforgettable! I would recommend this place for the family and friends vacations.

This is fantastic accommodation for a family with teens. It’s close to shops, restaurants and transport links. Massimo is a fantastic host, he gave us so much information to make our stay as easy as possible with great tips. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen is well equipped to cook pasta if you’re too tired to go out after walking around all day. Thankyou Massimo!

Ravis de notre séjour ! Nous avons loué cet appartement pendant 7 nuits : spacieux, lits très confortables, beaucoup de rangements, propre, tout le nécessaire est présent.La situation : impeccable ! Proche de quartiers touristes, tout en étant un peu à l’écart. Tous les commerces sont à proximité.Le contact avec notre hôte : génial. Check-in fait en personne, ce qui est très agréable ! Massimo nous a communiqué plein d’adresses et d’astuces, ce qui nous a servi pendant tout notre séjour. Hyper disponible pour nos demandes. Je recommande vraiment cette adresse. Nous avons adoré. Great location great host!

The host was fantastic! He provided great recommendations for our various needs and even found us when we were were wandering around trying to find the property on arrival! The property was in a fantastic location, clean, and was nice and quiet at night.

Canareggio apartment

Stayed a week at Ca del Sol. Great communication and welcome from Massimo. Very roomy apartment for a couple with canal views as shown. Lovely area. Heartely recommend for a lovely stay in Canareggio.

Clean and accommodating

We had a lovely stay in Cannaregio. Massimo was very helpful with clear directions and suggestions for our stay. The area was quiet at night time but close to everything. We had all we needed for our stay. The second bedroom was a little tight for two adults but we knew that from the photos. Thank you Massimo

Great Apartment

Massimo is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. He made sure the house was set up with everything I may have needed. The house itself was comfortable, everything in it worked, and it was really close to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was quiet and compared to some other spots in Venice. I would stay here again.

Venice Gem

This property was a great home base for our visit to Venice. Massimo is an absolutely wonderful host! The communication was great and timely. He provided recommendations for places to eat, things to do/see and when we arrived to a foggy night, he actively communicated different options to reach the location due to several lines of the Vaporetto not running. The property was very clean and met all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung im Herzen Venedigs

Wir waren knapp eine Woche bei Massimo in seinem Apartment. Der Kontakt war super, es war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Apartments ist klasse. Keine 10 Minuten von der Rialto-Brücke oder dem Markusplatz entfernt. Aber das Beste war der Blick auf den kleinen Kanal, direkt vor dem Haus. Wirklich toll. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Es war ein herausragender Urlaub.
