The house towers over Vitznau, in a car-free agricultural zone and is directly accessible with the Rigibahn. From the station it is only 50m. Cars can be parked at the valley station.

The house is located in the nature of an agricultural zone surrounded by agricultural land. Insects are inevitable in the countryside, especially in summer. Some windows have fly screens to keep the insects outside.
It's a house built in the 1970s that we're continuously repairing and improving. Because of that, it isn't perfect in every detail, either aesthetically or technically.
