- Your comfortable 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath Town House on Capitol Hill locates you walking distance of the Capitol, Union Station and Whole Foods. Shopping and the H street trolley/X2 bus Starbucks, CVS, Wells Fargo and Chase Bank are steps away.
The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, deck, half bath, work area, and TV.
The second floor has a master with king bed and deck for star gazing. It also has the front bedroom with queen sized bed and desk area.
Third floor, you'll find a king-sized bedroom with view deck and fourth bedroom with 3 twin sized beds (can be converted to one king and one twin bed) The third floor also has a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom.
Off street and single car garage parking included.

Our second time staying at this property. Close walking distance to Capitol/National Mall. Lovely residential neighborhood with convenient Whole Foods the end of the street. (walked up to Buffalo and Bergen for delicious breakfast bagels.) Having our own parking spot was added bonus. The house itself is well appointed. Comfortable bedrooms with their owns baths served our family well. Wonderful stay!

While some might think this property is a little pricey, we found it to be well worth the price. It is conveniently located in terms of closeness to the National Mall. Each bedroom has a private full bath, plus a half bath on the main level. The host was very easy to communicate with and very happy to offer assistance. It fit our family of 7 (4 adults, a teenager and 2 kids) perfectly. I’d highly recommended it.

We had two parking spots for our vehicles which was fantastic. The host was readily available for any questions or concerns. Be sure to read the notebook that the host leaves you—it answers literally any question you may have. The property was perfectly located within a few yards of Whole Foods and other restaurants. There are plenty of rentable bikes within a few feet of their front door.

Wonderful hosts!! The home was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Within walking distance to everywhere. Nice layout so we didn’t feel crowded. Every appliance and items that made our breakfasts there easy to prepare.

Great stay!
Host was helpful, property attention to detail was very good. Location was really convenient with a lot of retail right there--Whole Foods, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Had a car so parking in the open garage really helped. Would stay again!
