Principales hoteles para luna de miel en Islas Cook
“The location is perfect if you want to save the money for the taxi(20-30NZD)and rent a motobike. But the rooms are very close to the bar and the music is TOO LOUDand NOISY, they have all day happy hour, and the party finishes around 11.30 pm everyday,so if you want to take a rest, this hotel is the worse place ever. As there are outside people come to the bar<because the alcohol is cheap>, I don't think it's save and nice for the guests.... Trasfer to and from the airport is complementary,...
“The property has a lot of rooms plus private accommodation that is part of the resort too. This results in the restaurant being overrun in the morning for breakfast. The pool is also really small considering the amount of people that can stay there.
The grounds and rooms are really nice- clean and comfy, but the walls are not the most soundproof and with the amount of people coming and going we were woken up at least briefly each morning or night.
Not the place for us, had more of a Bali/...
“Bed was uncomfortable to start but management swapped it out for a very comfortable one. New ones are coming soon.
Staff super friendly and respectful. Erin the manager was awesome. Listened to his customers really well.
Samani at the vaka bar was a true gentleman and good at his job.
Lovely staff at the restaurant and also at the reception.
Overall a great stay and enjoyed our two weeks at Tamanu.
Even the ground keeper Charlie was a great asset!!!
Top points everyone!!!”
“El personal de recepción fue lo peor de la estancia. Al llegar, nos dieron una habitación de otra categoría inferior a la que reservamos, aunque al quejarnos, nos cambiaron de inmediato. No tenían muchas ganas de agradar. Por lo demás, el hotel está muy bien y la comida es muy buena.
Un detalle feo es que después de pagar un precio elevado por la habitación, en el desayuno, si quieres pedir un café que no sea de filtro o unos huevos, te cobren extra.”
“When we arrived we thought we’d come to the wrong hotel. It was like rolling up to the entrance of an old western motel. A gritty, broken up driveway brought us to the main entrance which had a large plain pond with nothing in it - just an unloved body of water which must have, at one stage, had a welcoming water feature, I assume.
The stairs up to reception were plain concrete with grubby iron handrails. And the reception looked as if we’d arrived at the back entrance- barely any lighting,...
“Pleasant rural outlook, away from area of bars and resorts, but a short drive to Muri shops, beach and dining. It is a comfortable apartment.
The driveway is a bit rough, and I was glad to have got a taxi there, and hired a car next day, as it would have been hard to find in the dark.”
“Take ear plugs! The Roosters never shut up!
The facilities are basic, but clean and OK. Pool is OK as long as large groups don't take over.
Nautilus staff we found dismissive, Muri staff more pleasant. BBQ area is nice but the hot plates are old and barely heat meaning without an over, self catering is challenging. Good proximity to beach and great use of snorkles / kayak / reef shoes etc.”
