I booked a 3 week stay at this hotel and my room smelled like cat pee and amonia. I requested a change of room as this smell is unsafe to breathe by all means and the person from the front desk refused to change us even though there was a room available. After some hours with the smell not going away, I requested the head of manteinance to come and check out the smell which I suspected came from the old air conditioning or the carpet. I heard that the front desk person said the carpet had just been washed, confirming my suspicion that the chemical smell was unsafe to breathe without ventilation. When I mentioned there was a room available they lied stating that it had just been booked (it’s 10 oclock at night). I’m very disappointed of the service and care at a hotel from this price range. Terrible experience. Save yourself a bad experience.

We have been travelling to Marmara constantly for more that 10 years now. The hotel needs a remodelation, everything is quite old and used. The service of housecleaning is terrible - they just came into our room while we were sleeping without knocking; that happened twice eventhough we insisted on privacy The personal in the bar and reception did treat us nicely

The place was amaizing, the staff very helpful and the food delicious.

Solamente vale la pena porque está bien situado en Manhattan. El baño es muy pequeño y no se corresponde con la categoría del hotel, que por otro lado parece sin reformar desde hace muchos años.
