Luna de Miel en Isla de Long Beach

La habitación estaba limpia y no tenía olores raros. Buena atención al cliente

Todo estuvo genial las habitaciones ampliar y súper equipadas y completaS, a dos calles de la estación 30 del tren, vista espectacular, calefacción excelente y todo altamente recomendable.

The room was great!! Very comfortable and spacious. I rated 4 stars because we had a problem with housekeeping, the first 3 days of our 8 night stay were great.but then they stopped cleaning out our room at all, even when I called specifically to ask for housekeeping service and went to the front desk to talk to the receptionist and ask for it. The housekeeping manager in a very bad attitude telling us that we had opted out of housekeeping ( which was a lie ) and that the front desk passed my request but didn’t had the time to make up the room. We didn’t even had toilet paper!!! The hotel is really beautiful and centrally located but I did not enjoy my final days for that matter. I talked to the hotel manager and was helpful but the housekeeping manager really rude with us. It is a shame that the hotel is very nice and all the employees very nice to us but the problem with the housekeeping issue made us not to enjoy our stay as we should have.

El servicio para estacionar carisimo

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación y el desayuno, además de un personal muy atento. Sin embargo requiere mejoras como el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones que es muy ruidoso, el servicio de limpieza diaria debe mejorar mucho y el lobby requiere una actualización

Excelente vista tuvimos una luna de miel de ensueño ver la ciudad desde mi cama fue lo mejor volvere en cada aniversario.
