From the very first day, we were welcomed with a smile and felt that the entire team genuinely wanted us to feel at home. Although the team is very young, we were truly impressed by their kindness and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. They were always available to help us with anything we needed, including arranging several activities through the hotel, all of which went perfectly. People are what make the difference, and without a doubt, this team was a very important part of our trip. I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.
