I stayed at QC Grand Hotel Roma for one night before an early morning international flight, and it was an excellent decision. The hotel is conveniently located just a few kilometers from Rome Fiumicino Airport, making it a perfect option for travelers with early departures or late arrivals. Instead of commuting from the city center, I was able to enjoy a relaxing evening and arrive at the airport stress-free. The property itself is surprisingly large and beautifully maintained. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. I especially appreciated the multilingual reception team, who made communication effortless. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally well equipped, including bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The spa facilities are outstanding and definitely worth experiencing. The only minor issue during my stay was that the television in my room did not receive any channels. Aside from that, everything exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious hotel near Fiumicino Airport.

El hotel es bellísimo!! El servicio del hote no está al nivel de las instalaciones. ¡Ni siquiera había un botones para llevar nuestras maletas a la habitación! No había servicio de room service a determinada, el personal me dice que si quiero comer, baje al restaurante. ¡Mi televisor no funcionaba, lo reporté varias veces antes de que fueran a arreglarlo, ¡Qué decepción en las vacaciones que un hotel tan bien valorado le haga sentir que no merece atención ni un buen servicio!

El Spa estube cerrado durante toda la estancia por un problema tecnico. Esto afecto notablemente la experiencia, habiendo sido el spa un elemento principal al momento de eligir este hotel. La tranquilidad, que tendria que ser una caracteristica de este establecimento, se vio afectada notablemente por la presencia de un grupo familiar muy grande y muy ruidoso que practicamente monopolizo la sala desayuno y que dejaba los niños jugar, critar y correr en los passillos sin parar. En un hotel de esta categoria hubiera esperado que el personal actuara sin la necesidad de ser llamado para que lo hiciera. En el desayuno nos avisaron que añadir queso a la omelette tenia que ser pagado a parte (en un 5*…?) Factores positivos - wine tasting: muy buena y bien explicada - masaje: excellente
