Vacaciones de aventura en Islas Shengsi

Please take care booking here. I had a suite and it was lovely. However when it rained ( albeit very heavy rain) leaks came in through the window and floor in two of the rooms. Not sure how safe it is. Not small water ingress, puddles of water. Staff moved me to a smaller single room which also leaked. Worrying as a lot of electrical stuff in areas of water influx! I have asked for a partial refund for the difference in room standard as I did not stay in the suite. Staff blame the rain. This is a major city, not rural China. I would book with a well know international brand

US$280 per night. Terrible room and service so bad the experience. Check-in took half an hour as they did not find Expedia records. GM came back and got this done. Room was not as what was reserved, twin bed. Was changed to a one bed room. No place to put my luggage. Moved two small bed side tables to aisle close to door. Squeezed myself to get out the room. Extremely small the toilet and bath room (shower for one person to stand inside). The room was not clean at all, very dirty. Tooth paste tube was found damaged after the cap was open. Gosh, 30+ years traveling I have never experienced this. The next day walked back to hotel at 12:15 and was locked out not able to get into my room to fetch luggage to check out. Out told all hotels lock the door at 12pm at checkout date. Obviously Expedia, other than the hotel, as a leading brand is the industry is also responsible for this terrible, unpleasant and vacation-killing experience. Why hotel has not records? Integration between Expedia and gore is a key.

It was Great and location also

the shower will leak everywhere no matter how you position your shower head. alwasy a pond of water after you shower. the worst part is, the safe in our room kept beeping for no reason the entire night, and it got worse at 5am. we tried locking it or keeping it open. so we had to take out the batteries to get some quiet sleep. the cleaners will start vacuuming the corridor even when you have do not disturb lights on. which is super loud. it is also super far from most of the things in the city. will not go back

Qingpu is just hella far from the rest of Shanghai It's a great hotel and quite reasonably priced. Just be prepared to take a 30 minute subway ride just to get to another metro hub and then get on with the rest of your journey. It's really far from Pudong Airport

Atención muy pobre para ser hotel 5 estrellas. Los funcionarios no hablan inglés y no tienen vocación de servicio en su mayoría. El desayuno muy mejorable. Para ser uno de los hoteles más caros de Shanghai se queda muy corto respecto a la mayoría de opciones en ese rango de precios.

El hotel impecable, muy bien todo la verdad. Huele muy rico y todo en general muy bien. La comida del restaurante también muy buena.
